It creates a vapor that acts like smoke, but is much less harmful than the smoke from real cigarettes.

I found a website that is full of info [e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat](http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com)

The one my friend has looks just like a real cigarette only bigger still white and orange and the best bit is when you have a “toke” off it the end which is grey and looks like ash lights up with an orange LED which is behind it. Now when you breath out there is a grey vapour which just sorta looks like wet smoke i guess.

someone correct me if im wrong… but for those of you who WANT to quit smoking… i believe it only takes 13 days to rid the physical addiction. I’m pretty sure I remember learning that, considering the “halflife” of nicotine, it takes 13 days to be fully gone from your body.

Everything after the 13 days is a mental addiction…

The Nicoine may be out of your system but your body is still telling you you need nicotine

With a hardcore system flush it can be out in 3 hours, but as said below, its the mental addiction. This could be an excellent product by easing down the doses (they make 0mg refills apparently) but it also compensates for the action.
