Hit the East Coast with a 5.9, national news headlines. We had a 5.8 here a couple of months ago, didn’t even bother getting out of bed.😃 ---

I noticed it. I was on the front porch of one of my customers chatting and things started moving a bit. Nothing serious. She has a bunch of wind chimes and they all starting rattling but there was no wind. We both thought it was odd but couldnt tell it was a quake. By the time I got back to my truck my phone was ringing and my son said the animals are going nuts and shit fell off shelfs. He thought we had a spirit in the house LOL Then the alert came on the TV but it was so mild here you would never know it was a quake if they didnt announce it. Tisha ---

Worst part was we had an idiot in there claiming this was all because of the government and their tests. ---

Apparently Obama had a team do some research and they discovered a very rare and unknown fault line running right through Wasington D.C. They named the new fault line: Bushes Fault ---

Batten down the hatches P51, here comes Hurricane Irene directly at us. 😃 I stopped at the store yesterday to get cat food and it was like a zoo. People are all panicked. All the bread, water and coldcuts are gone not that I wanted any LOL but it was just funny to see. One lady was standing in the water isle crying to her husband that there was no water left anywhere and what are they gonna do. I mean she was in hysterics. _Lady its gonna rain like hell._ I said to her… hell… screw the water and bread. Buy some beer and nachos instead. Her husband thought this was funny but she was still upset. I had to help calm her down. Good thing I was wearing Ishine. People buy the wrong stuff for emergencies. You have water right now, go home and fill a few jugs. Leave a large plastic tub out or clean garbage can (weighed down) to collect rain for flushing and washing water. Buy canned tuna spam etc etc for your meats. Peanut butter. (I like almond butter myself). If your frig go’s out coldcuts will go bad anyways. Buy crackers in boxes instead of bread, you can spread anything on a cracker. Good lord dont cry over bread and water. 🙄 Tisha ---

After Ivan hit Grenada I was there for two months without running water or electricity. Everything was wrecked and I survived very well. ---

Your probably in the worst of it right now as I type. Th ful force of it will be here in about 2 hours at my location now and the wind gusts are really starting to pick up. Hurricanes are so much worse in the dark when you cant see whats going on out there but you can just hear it. I live in a wooded area so already I am hearing some tree’s coming down from the gusts but I cant see where they are. Nature is awesome 😃 Tisha
