How long do you wait before complain about not receiving an item? I won an item last Tuesday April 7th, and paid for USPS priority mail and paid for it paypal I never got an email with tracking notice, and I sent the person an email yesterday through ebay asking them if they sent the item and for a tracking notification Also I sent them an email through the paypal email and still have not heard anything. They have 1000 positive on ebay with only one negative so I am shocked they would not send it If they mailed it on Wed I should have received it by now right? they should have at least responded to me by now. What do you think? I never had this problem with ebay. How much longer do you think I should wait? ---

Heya Denec, I’d give it just a bit more time. I ordered some fragrance from Black Pheonix Alchemy Labs a while back and they showed it being shipped on 4/6. Still haven’t gotten it yet, but i’m expecting it any day. But i know they’re good for their word, so sometimes it just takes a while, ya know? My advice is to give them 2 more days to respond via email or receive the package. If they haven’t done either, file a complaint with ebay and see what happens. Even if the package is taking a long time, they should be able to tell you when it shipped and respond to your inquiries. Ya know? ---

I don’t mind waiting as long as I know they actually mailed it. Would have been nice if the person actually responded to my inquires and at least gave me a tracking number. I will give it to thursday if I do not hear anything by then or receive anything I guess. ---

…_IF_ they mailed your item last Wednesday… Some eBay sellers have taken up to 10 days to get around to mailing my purchases and feel that’s acceptable to do. Arrrgh! From personal experience, I would give them 2 weeks. After that, file a claim with Paypal. ---

After that, file a claim with Paypal. wow that is ridiculous all ebay that i have dealt with have mailed items within 1 days max…and i always pay promptly the person should at least respond to my emails telling me they have not mailed out my package at least let me know what is going on whenever i sell something i always mail it that day and i always give them the tracking number ---

Most of the sellers I’ve dealt with ship within one or two days, but I’ve had about 5 sellers take a week to 10 days before they shipped. Anyway, let us know what happens. ---

Yeah I completely agree with Robbie give them at least two weeks for delivery. That gives them one week to mail it, and one whole week for you to receive it. Believe it or not it took me THREE WHOLE MONTHS for me to receive an item once. I traded several emails with the seller where she swore she sent the item and she couldn’t figure out why I didn’t receive it. I have no clue why it took so long for me to receive my item but what ever it came… eventually. ---

ok i finally got it today…i guess i was impatient…like i said if she was just communicating with me letting me know what was going on i would have no problem, it turns out she only mailed it this past Monday even though I paid it for over a week ago - Tuesday. btw if anyone was curious i picked up a bottle of Bond no. 9 Central park 100 ML for $65 brand new so was worth the wait, normally that goes for $185 ---

I mail my rent check on the first of the month, the landlord has called a few times asking where the check was. I drove to his house wrote a fresh check, stopped payment on the old one and then 2 days later the first check showed up. This was 16 days after I sent it, yet it had the correct post mark on the envelope. ---

she actually finally sent me an email after i got the item 2 days later apologizing for not getting back to me and will check to see where the item is and said she mailed it late i told her thanks but i already got it on wed.. I will cut her slack maybe she had a rough week
