new template and more awake today! Thank you to Spinach for your awesome post on [Making a table of contents for journals](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-put-shortcuts-for-reports-on-your-journal/56980/1) and to Tisha23 for her post on [how to test and report on products](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-test-and-report-on-products-updated-12-01/6297/1), I really like the template she provides for posts and I plan on using it from now on 😃 same thing as yesterday I’m just more awake now **Product name,scent and strength** Ammo IH IO Instant Shine \*all Regular strength **Application dosage and locations** 2 sprays Instant shine Hair 2 sprays IO Ear to Neck 1 Spray IH Ear to Neck 2 Sprays Ammo Chest **Environment tested in.** Work **Self effects.** Lots of confidence very talkative felt kinda like a salesmen. I held a 4 hour conversation. **Effects to others** Others around me seemed to want to talk to me pretty badly.
