For attraction I suggest either [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/)/a or b and some of the social products since you are a bit reserved I would go with IO to ease you into conversation and shine to draw others to you

I think some of the products I recommended for work can help with work depending on what job you have if not since we don’t have anything geared directly towards work for women I suggest you pop into the female section for more advice on that based on the womens experience.
