Well, this isn’t exactly my first time using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I used Pherlure a while ago, but only for a few weeks and didn’t notice much difference. Someone stole the Pherlure from me and I haven’t tried any pheromones since then. I am starting again, after finding this forum and good reviews about them. So I decided to take the jump, whatever can bring me a competitive advantage would be nice. I’ll keep my updates on this same post, I’ll just update it and date it. I would encourage anyone to give me some advice as to dosage, mixes, and anything else. I will also post updates on the results of those recommendations. I will post updates on work, love life, and social situations. My current situations are as follow: Work- I just got a job for 3 weeks (1st week over) at a graduate school (chill and lots of hot girls), I love that job and there might be a possibility of being hired. Problem is, there is another one like me there too. The job is slow that it probably seems like only one will get hired. I am going to be competing with this guy, which is actually more experienced and knowledgeable than me, but I am more than qualified for the job. So right now it’s a race of who performs better and who is more likable. Love life - In a nutshell, my ex-gf cheated on me, we broke up, nasty situation happened between us, and we both didn’t talk for months. After a few months, we started talking, and eventually had sex. We have started having sex more regularly, and hanging out more. I don’t want her as a gf anymore, but I do want her as a friend with benefits, cuz the sex is hot. But I do want her to fall deep in love with me again, and to lust after me. 2 reasons for this: I want revenge and I want more sex. Social Life- I have started to talk to people more (I have sort of an antisocial persona), and have kept in touch with the few friends I have. I am trying to make new friends too, and I have joined a Mixed Martial Arts group. Some guys in this class seem to look down upon me, probably because I’m new and I want to change that. Ok, so here we go. * * * First Day: September 26, 2008 Work - Pheromones used: A314 Dosage: 2 drops, one on my wrist, which I rubbed on the other one too, and one on my neck. I do believe that pheromones work, but like everything, even the things I believe, I keep a skeptical eye on it. So, this is why I’m going to keep the journal, so that there is proof to me and those reading this that the pheromones do work. I felt confident, I like the smell, and it made me feel more social. I even engaged in a small chat with some stranger in an elevator in a parking garage, something I don’t really do. It was a friendly chat, not awkward. Not many people at work today, but my coworker whom I may be competing was not as authoritarian with me as usual. Remember, he is my equal not my superior. Also, a woman whom we report to has been a little bit of a bitch to everyone at work. Today, she was smiley and somewhat nice to me. I even gave her a compliment, and she was “Oh thank you”. Social life - Pheromones used: A314, Turn Up The Heat, P97, P107. Dosage: One spray of each, and one drop of A314. TUTH and 314 on the neck, and P97 and P107 on wrists. After work, I put the above combination and went to the grocery store. I didn’t get any hits, and some women avoided eye contact with me (Maybe OD), but the cashier (very mature woman) was extra courteous with me. Love life - Pheromones used: A314, and TUTH Dosage: One drop of A314 on wrist, and one spray of TUTH on neck. Well, I was supposed to go see Choke with my ex, but she had to go to a meeting. I told her to go there first and then we would go to the movies. I didn’t even realize that it was going to take forever. By the time she was coming out the last show was starting, and I was pissed. So I went home, and just spoke with her on the phone. She felt bad, and was crying. I know it wasn’t her fault since her family was with her too, but I still felt very disrespected. I will be seeing her on Saturday the 27th. So far, I can consider this one an EPIC FAIL. ---

September 27, 2008 Work- No work today. Social Life - Pheromones: A314, Turn Up The Heat, P107 Dosage: 1 Drop of A314 on wrists, 1 Spray of Turn Up The Heat on neck, and 1 spray of P107 on neck. I noticed more looks and smiles from women, but it may have been because I felt more confident. Then again, the A314 may be making me feel more confident, but I’m still not sure if it is the suggestion of it or because it does what is supposed to do. I do believe it, I just want to see more stronger proof. As I walked by the sidewalks, a group of guys on my path gave way for me to walk through, even though I had the choice of me going around them. Love life - Pheromones - I used the same mix as above. Well, my ex had a big headache when I picked her up, but as the night went by her headache went away. She was talkative and in a good mood. I felt more confident and fun around her, more outgoing. We joked around, were open about some stuff without getting upset at anything, and did some flirting, she wasn’t all over me, but she didn’t treat me as just a friend as she sometimes does. I was kinda sexually aggressive towards her by the end of the night, but I knew she was sleepy and she had promised her grandma she was going to come back and see her (I know her family, and I know this was not an excuse). Before she got out of the car, I told her to give me a passionate kiss, she sort of did and I just left it at that. When I got home, I texted her telling her of one way she could make it up for yesterday is for her to shave and give me some of that candy ass of hers. She sent a smiley back to me, then said ‘but not today, ok?’. I liked the response, she doesn’t like to be eaten out. I will increase the dosage next time of Turn Up The Heat, but I was sort of pleased with today. September 28, 2008 Love life - At 1 am I saw a friend whom I have the hots for, and tried an added drop of A314 and a spray of TUTH. I had already put a drop of A314 and a spray of TUTH earlier, but it might have worn off a little bit. I saw her, and she was her usual way. However, every time I start saying sexual stuff or more intimate stuff she always tells me to stop. This time she didn’t, and this time I was coming on to her somewhat strong. She even grabbed my arm for a second. But she has usually been this way with me, I’m not sure if she is just getting more comfortable or if it was the TUTH. Social life - Pheromones: A314 Dosage: 2 drops, one in neck, one in wrists. I had MMA class today, and I wore A314. I felt confident, and at class I didn’t feel so alienated. People were more friendlier, and the coaches were more attentive to me. I felt more social, and didn’t feel like I didn’t belong. However, there wasn’t any major hits. I am wondering if I have to increase the dosage. Pheromones: A314, TUTH Dosage: 2 drops of A314, one in neck, one in wrists, and one spray of TUTH on neck. I went to do laundry at night, and as I was coming in, some chick that was with her boyfriend doing laundry kept looking at me. She would do that whenever I was in her plane of view. I think the boyfriend might have noticed because he kept giving me a weird look. She left, but the boyfriend stayed (did he tell her to leave?) I went outside of the laundromat and stood leaning next to my car. A pickup truck passed in front of me, and the chick in the passenger side kept eye contact with me. Our eyes followed each other as the truck passed by me. Then she scoped me, she looked down to my feet, and scanning up. The truck then left =(. ---

September 29, 2008 Work- Pheromones: A314 Dosage: 3 drops, two on neck, one on wrists rubbed. Well, work was slow, but my coworker was less bossy with me. In fact I even got to be bossy to him. September 30, 2008 Work- Pheromones: A314 Dosage: 3 drops, 2 in wrists, 1 in neck. Added 2 drops more about 5 hours later. Well, definately got me more confident today. The woman who was somewhat of a bitch to me when I first started, said to me when I came “Oh, I was just thinking about you”. Also, a consultant guy that is like our supervisor treated me better than my coworker. As a matter of fact, the other coworker got a little bit chewed up by him. I on the other hand was complimented on my work. Girls gave me eye contact and smiled, one girl said “Hi, how are ya?” when I was at lunch. Another girl whom I have talked to before, played pool with me and we were talking about stuff, but somehow our conversation turned to relationships. She even said stuff like, “you look like you are a heartbreaker” or “Spanish is so romantic”, she even asked me how to say “I love you” in Spanish. Social life - I think I may have OD’d on A314. I kept putting 2 drops when I was almost done with work. Then another drop smeared on my neck. I went home and took the train. I didn’t notice much, until I got off the train. As I was going up in the escalators, I got next to some young chicks on purpose. Then, I heard from one of the girls, “Do you smell that? It smells like dog food, or bird food”. LOL, I kinda got emberrased, my face was kinda getting red, but I didn’t care. Oh well, I guess I OD’d, I’m going to be carefull next time. ---

Jessie I like your journal keep it up! I can’t give you advice on your love/sex life (lol it sounds like you are having fun 😉) but as for the Work and Social life: - at work I would advise you not to wear A314 alone (unless you wear only 1 drop perhaps) if you want people to like you a lot; to improve perceive competence though A314 would be the best product so definitely wear 2 drops of it IMHO with [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) (a little TAL and P79 maybe); P107 may also be a good addition to you at work (keep in mind this is new and an unproven molecule so it might have negatives we don’t know about yet) in that it might have some social benefit and make you more focused - see posts below from SteveO and remmy; - socially if you have a somewhat antisocial personality and are trying to make friends, I would back off on the A314 since you are relatively young (don’t wear more than 1 drop); ideally you would get Instant Gentleman socially as this would give you a more easygoing AndrosteRone vibe than the A314; if you do wear 2 drops of A314 or some TUTH, balance it with something relatively social that you own (no more than 5 mcg TAL since you are a man and any amount of P79). P97 may do something socially as well though there is even less on this one than with P107. Again based on preliminary reports, P107 might add to things socially.
