To those who are familliar with EOs or scents :

Which single EO would you choose to be used in combo with another single pheromone, for the purposeful reactions specific to that pheromone?

Identifying a suitable EO to use with a specific pheromone may offer additional benefits, on top of the olfactory enhancement. EO could act as a fixative/diffuser for the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), especially for the fugitives (TAA, ANOL etc)

A related post [here](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/replacement-for-npa/492)

Some tested & proven examples :

To be worn on males (for the benefit of women)

- Androstenone + Sandalwood
- ANOL + Rose
- ANOL + Cinnamon
- ANOL + Peru Balsam

To be worn on females (for the benefit of men)

- ANOL + Lavender
- ANOL + Rose
- ANOL + Cinnamon

Why not Villoresi MusK Oil for men ?

Has the advantage of being a good resemblance to deer musk without hhelping push this already near extinct animal all the way to extinction, has a fine aroma, and will act as a fixative… As I have noted before, leather is about the best fixative/slow release agent that you can find. I have been able to carry my TAA around with me for a few hours as it steadily evaporates off a leather belt.

Yes i2w I have seen that profumo Italian site before and it definitely looks interesting. I am sure there are plenty of essential oils that would compliment mones and Androtics is already using some of them in their products…

On another note, has anyone played with ‘new to the market’ and lesser known essential oils such as **Zdravets/Zdravetz** or **Priprioca** (available in Natura Ekos Perfume do Brasil)?

“Zdravetz means “health” in Bulgarian, and this essential oil with the unpronounceable name is reputed to be excellent for sexual health. Bulgarian folklore recommends that the bridegroom sleep in a field of Zdravetz the night before his wedding night (could Zdravetz be the secret ingredient in the “all natural Viagra” that people keep spamming us about?) Dietrich Wabner, however, cites British studies indicating that Zdravetz Essential Oil is a healer for woman’s reproductive system.”

“Priprioca is a plant only found in the heart of the Brazilian rainforest. It is highly fragrant and the essential oils derived from its roots have been used by indigenous people for many centuries.
But now its distinctive wood-and-spice fragrance is starting to make an impact on the European market, where a number of products have now been launched and reportedly well received by consumers.”

Etymologically related to the Russian **“Zdrovia”** which also means health… however Zdravetz is actually carnation flower essential oil which has an appealing cinnamon note… it may have some estrogenic properties…

**CHAMOMILE** (BNOL?)

- Use it when you have necessity to communicate, to say the truth without hatred or bitterness.

**JASMINE**

- Jasmine is euphoric and stimulates the Hypothalamus directly to make it produce encephalin, substance that not only inhibits pain, but provokes a state of and well-being and happiness.
- Jasmine dissolves the fears and the tensions related to sexuality and, in the emotional sphere, allow to overcome the feeling of impotence in front of inner suffering, depression, apathy and pessimism.

**LAVENDER**

- Its regenerating effect on the nervous system is recognized and widely used in psicoterapia in order to overcome fear, mental confusion, moodiness, hysteria and can be used by actors against stage panic.

**YLANG YLANG**

- At the psychological level, it allows to overcome depressive states, lack of self esteem, shyness, anger and fear.
- Ylang-ylang helps women to express their repressed feminity and to overcome blocking feelings caused by disappointments or offences. It is useful in the cure of premenstrual syndrome and the post-partum depression.
- To men, Ylang-ylang permits to express the sensitive, poetic and sweet part of their nature.
- Its perfume liberates the sweetness of emotions.

**ROSE** (ANOL, A1 ?)

- Rose is the archetype of flower itself and is the symbol of love, be it profane or divine.
- Rose has an affinity with the heart that it livens, allowing it to irradiate the energy of love in our thoughts and our actions.
- The aroma of Rose harmoniously joins the sacred and the sensuality and helps to spiritualise the sexual relations.

**TUBEROSE** (a bit too far-fetched? 😃 )

- The fragrance of Tuberose is voluptuously sensual, warm, seductive and hypnotic.
- It is an alcove perfume meant for a woman without inhibitions ready to use any mean to seduce.
- In fact this fragrance has a narcotic effect that pulls down the mental constructions and the taboos that forbid to abandon oneself to physical passion.
- The Tuberose fragrance identifies a personality whose major interest in life is socializing, attracting and enchanting persons, daring and lover of challenges who cure their physical appearance with great care.

**ANISE SEED** (licorice scent) (good for A1?)

- It has a warm, sweet licorice aroma, sweeter than fennel. Anise is said to have strong estrogen mimicking properties…its herbal form is used to increase milk secretion with nursing mothers, and as a treatment for lack of menstruation.

**FENNEL** (licorice scent) (good for A1?)

- Sweet licorice aroma. Fennel essential oil is often recommended for PMS and for menstrual difficulties.

Note : There’s another pheromone with an intimate relationship to estrogen levels in females. Think it’s estradiol (feeling pliable/wants to be hug) or is it oxytocin. Can’t remember, too much info going here & there…

**MANDARIN**

- Its delicate aroma carries a message of happiness, especially to children and the inner child who everyone of keeps in himself. It helps us to enter into contact with our inner child.

**STYRAX (BENZOIN)**

- It is used in high class perfumery as a fixative of quality for exclusive perfumes. It has an extreme persistence and a discreetly vanilled smell very similar to the perfume of human skin that makes its aroma very sensual.

**CINNAMON** (Cinnamomum verum)

- Cinnamon is aphrodisiac and stirs the voluptuous appetite of our spirit. Its sweet and feminine aroma is associated, in our subconscious, with the image of the mother who prepares cookies for the children’s feasts.
- It wakes up sleeping memories of childhood and provokes the feeling of returning home, but it also evocates the sun of tropical islands, of India and adventurous travels.
- The power of Cinnamon to evocate combining them these two opposites, security of home and excitement of adventure, is the secret of it’s universal appeal and the secret of some perfume’s success.

**PATCHOULI**
For the same reasons, Patchouli often will be perceived as a real physical aggression by more mature persons who, because of their social and professional life, must keep control on their physical impulses. In fact Patchouli induces the pituitary gland to produce endorphin (that is euphoric and liberating of the libido), and allows who wears to emanate a provocating and irresistible sensuality.

**Aromatic substances of animal origin (i.e. pheromones)**

- Ambergris (Sperm Whale)
- Civet (Civet)
- Castoreum (Beaver)
- Musk (MuskDeer)
- BeesWax (Bees)

**MOLECULE STRUCTURE SIMILAR TO PHEROMONES???**

**OAK MOSS**

- Oak Moss is among the few aromatic plants that do not belong to the evolutes species and perhaps to this it owes its primitive charm. Its aroma is able to influence the most primitive part of our nature, because its molecules are similar to animal pheromones, particularly to those of muskdeer, who has a universal fame for its aphrodisiac and reconstituting properties. In fact, it is not a coincidence that muskdeer nearly exclusively feeds on mosses.

**VANILLA**

- The aphrodisiac property of this fragrance is due to the privileged association it has in our olfactory memory with the sensuous emotions that give the delights of palate; cookies, sweets and creams of which the sweet aroma of Vanilla it the very soul.

Its perfume brings us back to the pure physical phase in which the baby discovers the world exclusively through the perceptions of his body. For these reasons Vanilla’s perfume is reassuring and pulls down inhibitions.

- The sexiness of the Vanilla has also a chemical explanation; the molecules of the natural essence are very similar to [human pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and have the property to combine chemically with them, fixing them and exalting our personal odour, beautifying it exactly as a fine dress beautifies the body.

**IRIS ABSOLUTE**
It is extracted from the roots of the plant that have dried for 3 years before producing the precious aroma.?As many of the noble essences of perfumery, it’s structure is that of a pheromone. It’s aroma is similar to the one that can be smelled on the head of new born babies.

wondering about synthetic oud… some things about it are better than the natural… it lacks the soapy harshness that many distilled ouds have, a cleaner more open note, although less complex, it is clearly erotic… something in the brain responds to this… also the synthetic tarragon note, Estragol I think, licorice like…

Finally, my Carnation Absolute & Benzoin Styrax (EO) have arrived. These are so thick & strong, 2ml could last a long time. I’ve transferred the contents into my own dropper bottles. Could not understand why they ship using bottles with stopper (drops by tilt) like the ones in A314. Wouldn’t droppers be more convenient & less messy?

Just mixed a bottle of :

Carnation Abs. : DPG 1 : 19 drops (5% dilution), solubility is very good

- recommended dilution for fragrance is 0.5% (1:199 drops)

I’m going to try 1% concentration. Do I need to let dilution age for 1 week? Any particular reasons? Thanks.

I would recommend that you give it a week to age. I typically let the EO blend age a week, then again for another after I add the diluent. I’ve witnessed some of my EO blends blossom over the period of a year or more.

Would it be possible to hasten the process? Like with wine? Using strong magnets (industrial/neodymium) or orgone? Think it’ll work? 😃

I’m bit confused about the mixing procedure before letting the blend age gracefully.

- Should I mix the EOs with the chemset pheromones first, followed by the diluent?
- Or I mixed the EOs with the diluents first, followed by chemset pheromones?

How would you do it typically? Thanks.

LOL

Interesting that you should choose such an example. For several years, I worked for one of the top wine makers in the world. I’m sure that if there were a good way to “artificially” age wine, the industry would jump on it. I’ve never found those tricks to work effectively…typically they merely help to alter the tannin, which is not at all the same thing as a beautifully aged wine. You’d be amazed at how much of the flavor of a wine comes from the activity of micro-organisms and various chemical interactions. For example, the reality is that the alcohol is merely excrement. I tend to think of wine as an orgasm…a living thing…a liquid gestalt, if you will.

EO “colognes” take a long time to develop . They can seem radically different when newly made and after a year’s time.

It not really as difficult as it sounds. If you’re willing to crunch some numbers ahead of time, the rest is pretty easy. Determine the mone concentration you want in your mix. Do the same for the **total volume** of your EO “cologne”…that is, do you want EDT or Cologne strength, because the percent of EO blend used is going to differ accordingly. Make sense? I usually shoot for parfum concentration, personally, because other diluents are introduced via the mones used. I usually end up w/ something in between EDT and Cologne strength.

You can start off making very small amounts until you’re sold on it and then it’s easy to translate into larger volumes. Your EO cologne should age for at least a month, imho. I suppose a week is fine if you’re OK w/ the smell of it young and have neither the time nor the desire to wait longer.

Have your EO “colognes” premade, add your mones to the desired concentration and age for at least a couple of days or so. There is a big advantage to aging them, though. 🙄 The longer your EO “cologne” ages, the better it will be. When they’re young, EO blends are much like a young wine. Certain characteristics tend to overshadow others. It is very simple and angular, as opposed to complex and multifaceted. Over time you’ll notice that they dry down in a different order, its sorta disjointed or jumbled. Their personality changes over time, which made one blend (perhaps my favorite) a real challenge as I attempted to make certain top, heart and base notes show all the way thru the dry down. Kinda hard to track that when the stuff seems to jump all over the place from one time to the next. I don’t know how PHEROS didn’t drive DST comepletely mad. 😃 I mean, the stuff’s got something like 100 or so elements to it.😮

I liked the fact that I could have greater coverage w/ a multi-phero mix by having something that I could spray on and also something w/ a reasonably accurate dosage. I think it really helped to get the oil based stuff out in the air more, as well as providing some fixatives to help control the rate of diffusion.

Thanks to all for the tips. I will try the mentioned methods, hope it works out.

The Carnation Absolute 1% in DPG (fresh batch) has a long dry-down. The familliar scent of carnation only appears after 4-5 hours. I almost fell asleep waiting. At 1 drop on the skin, the scent is barely noticeable at all (from 1 feet away), which is good for me. I do not wish for the good/bad effects of pheromones to be associated with the scents I wear, prefer to keep scents low profile. OTOH, some scent charateristics (i.e. aphrodisiac) do not require conscious detection for them to work.

Regarding the tenacity of absolute vs EO, which one will last longer at the same concentration (say 1%)?

Mixed a fresh batch of chemset EST : DPG @ 1:4

- Applied 5 drops of this mix, diffusion seems very low. I don’t see any EST-like responses. I need either a higher concentration EST (\> 1mg/ml) or lower ratio of DPG. This will take some experimentation to get it right. The whole idea is to last at least 4 hours without top-up.

I prefer to work with DPG-based pheromones as my weather here (S.E. Asia) diffuses the pheromones way too fast. Most [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) lasts at best, 3-4 hours, with the exception of A314 (EO + DPG), A1 & androstenone (alcohol).

I was curious about orgone charging because a few users (8-10 owners) of radionics/orgone equipment did an experiment : they charge wine or plain water & the taste did change for the better. Could be similar to the higher health benefits of ozonated olive oil. Just a thought, but alternative science is another story here.

One of my search of a popular product produced some interesting notes. **“Pheromones are actually included as notes, they contributed a layer of the overall fragrance (vanilla)”.**

Now, I’ve observed different effects of layering [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) on the skin (i.e. WAGG covered by IS/m gives different responses compared to IS/m covered by WAGG). I’m sure many have observed this as well.

Looking at the number of pheromones employed in a combo (6-10), it could be adventurous to attempt a coordinated blend but way complicated. To think we’re still struggling with defining the character of a pheromone & dosage 🙄

On most days, I just apply selected pheromones all around the neck, in no specific order. Gotta think of “more creative ways” to do this. Every mone in a bottle didn’t work well for me.

Thats probably just because the one layering over the top of another is dominant for the fact that you will see more of the effects of the top layer as the one being covered is just blocked.

Applying pheromones all around the neck (circular fashion, no specific order) did have its advantages. Each day, when I open the door to my office, I would be met with prolonged gaze (4-8 secs) from my office mates (young & old, both genders).

This happens almost immediately as I step in, courtesy of the drafts of wind. They seem reluctant to break eye contact, until my gaze met theirs. Effects reach as far as 5-6 metres away from the door. Some respond with a hint of smile, eyes/faces lighting up, more like adoration & intrigue (especially with EST & LT, on older males/females, \>35 y.o.) Eyes/faces lighting up for more than 10 mins, sitting there, hands on laps, doing nothing else, is a sign of engaged OD 😃 (got this with A1 & ANOL)

Not a day goes by without me checking my compass, wind direction, star alignment, moon & tide phases.

OTOH, layering pheromones would give more calculated responses, _if_ one could master the effects of different layering, in addition to differences of carriers (evaporation rate) & concentration. Too much work… like controlling the effects of a cologne.

> Etymologically related to the Russian **“Zdrovia”** which also means health… however Zdravetz is actually carnation flower essential oil which has an appealing cinnamon note… it may have some estrogenic properties…

No Zdravetz is completely different from Carnation or Cinnamon from what I have read.

"True geranium.
Stork or crane, the name geranium oil itself is a misnomer, since the commercial types of geranium oil are derived not from any Geranium, but from several species, varieties, and strains of Pelargonium. “Geranium” has now become a rather vague horticultural term which has no relation to the botanical term Geranium. The only true Geranium species, from which an essential oil is derived, is G. macrorrhizum L., or Zdravetz, which is grown in Bulgaria and other Balkan countries. I believe that the oil is highly regarded as an aphrodisiac in its homeland and, being also semicrystalline at room temperature, may be used occasionally as an adulterant of the famous Rose Otto!

Interestingly, it gets an entry in The Aromatherapy Practitioner Reference Manual, being suggested for respiratory infections, diabetes (under medical direction), and genital infections. It is said to be calming and relaxing."

If the stuff is ‘highly regarded as an aphrodisiac’ (even if it is only in its native Bulgaria) it sounds promising indeed.

im surprised more people arent turned on to frankincense. the EO has the ability to slow and deepen the breath…almost like meditation. i would think this would be postive enforcement for 'mones to get into the system of anyone in the vicinity. maybe to heavy? it shouldnt make one sleepy.
