A female friend of mine who is a senior marketing manager, has been contracting for in a company which seems to have quite a poisonous back stabbing culture which has eroded her confidence & self belief somewhat. She is now in interviews for new roles but is finding it difficult to believe in herself and put herself over to her best advantage. I wear A314 in all business meetings which always gives me a lift, I feel more confident & gets me respect from others in the meeting. I’m wondering if there is something like A314 she could wear to give her a boost… or can girls were A314? ---

They used to have a female version of A314 called MX134 and MX300 but they stopped making it. A314 doesnt work well on a women without tons of buffering. Best bet is to get some TAL which gives off a strong confident vibe and work around that with other mones. Tisha ---

It gave me the confident boost and the feeling that I can accomplish anything. I still have very few sprays left and waiting to use them on interviews. 🙂 Ive tried others but nothing compares to MX300. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD bring this back. Is there anything in the making comparable to this? ---

I am so distressed to hear that MX300 is discontinued!!! I just found out about A314 and was seething with jealousy that it’s not effective for women! Hearing that a female equivalent existed seemed like an answer to prayer, but it is not available?? Please tell me what I can do to have any sort of similar effect! ---

Just for history purposes … MX300 is the same as MX134 which was the female version of A314. The only difference between MX134 and MX300 is the scent carrier. When they made MX134 they used basically the same formula as the original A314 which had something like 7 mones at the time but they replaced the arone which was 80% of the formula with TAL. So my suggestion is to use TAL as you base mone and steer it with anol bnol TAA P79 and just a smidgen of anone. That’s the closest I have come to it. I do mix them in one bottle and will explain how I do it if people plan to do this. I do suggest you start by layering though. Now if you do not want to get all those molecules just buy some TAL IO and Ishine to layer. Tisha ---

That’s wonderful, so informative! Thanks! I’ve just ordered [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), perhaps now I’ll by some TAL to use with it. Would I be right in thinking that this combination would be similar to IS/A without the sexuality? I’ll probably play with your special mix later, when I have a little more experience. ---

Just to add on, I would see my SO have on IS/A and it would just UP her bitchiness… and Make here SOLIDLY confident. IS/A while using IShine to moderate it was the way she would use IS/A. Which is similar, on the commercial product line, to Tisha’s comment on TAL as the base while using TAA as a steering agent. I talked about that point on my journal below. If you do decide to go for a possible solution the the Female A314 replacement, keep us in the loop as to which degree it worked for you. 1Alpha . ---

It ended up making people avoid her and form harsh opinions of her. She couldn’t undo the notions people had about her when she stopped using it. A314 needs to be massively buffered with female mones. Tisha ---

oh my gosh, thanks SO MUCH for the warning! I guess I’ll have to read her journal all the way through! Gosh, that is not so great at all! There are already a few harsh opinions about me (I tend to be more quiet and aloof when people are being critical of me, and it can be perceived as cold and unfriendly), and I don’t need anything furthering that! ---

Wow. I just went through and read any postings I could find by SK about a314. My mind was bursting with questions I planned on asking her. At the end of my reading, I found the sad news. I felt like I was just getting to know her. My heart goes out to all who actually did know and love her. ---

I’ve personally had A314 and IHO backfire on me too! I used it before I knew how to layer what makes ME feel good. (I do add here and there for specific occasions) I thought too that I was creating respect with an acquaintance, however that whole weekend was a battle and she was a total bitch to me saying harsh mean things. A314 and the fact that I believe the IHO also brought out her real feelings … Either way we are not friends. Oh well. So I chalked that down to just the circumstance. I did wear it A314 again alone and tested it again. Ohhh my, my boss has never reacted the way he did that day. Slamming doors, telling me it’s all my fault when when I had no control over someone elses mistake. It was a very screwy day. I threw it away after a few more tries with similar results. Not for me personally. It also made me nauseous when I put it on. Maybe I should have listened to my intuition after the first three times. ---

Try testing 1.25 mcg if 2.5 is too strong. This is a molecule about which we have very few reports in recent years. This is a research forum. We need your reports. I will soon test TAH as well as TAL and TAH. We cannot rely entirely upon hearsay and reports from \*\*5 \*\*years ago. Ladies, please keep your journals and test. Don’t be afraid of the unknown. Some of the best may earn reporting user status. It is worth the effort. How do **you** , the women, feel wearing this? How do \*\*men \*\*around you act? How do **you feel** if your man wears it? We need to know. Right now, **we don’t**. Researchers like a sample size of 500. 5,000 is better. We need \*\*hundreds \*\*more good reports. Good luck.
