How much EST do you normally apply when using it? I know it’s user dependent to some extent, but can you ladies who are in your early 30’s give me a ball park figure? I’ve seen doses up to 150mcg used, and unfortunately I didn’t do my research before ordering so I ordered the 5mcg/spray one, should I have gone alot higher? ---

hii 🙂 im in my early 20’s but i use 1 spray of 50mcg.. it seems like people use anywhere from 25 to 150mcg. so why dont u give yours a shot, and if you dont like maybe you can return it and get a higher dosage? 🙂 \<3 ---

Mine is 50 mcg and I’ve usually used 150 mcg and seen results, haven’t really tried it at lower doses much. edit: I’m 51. ---

You must be joking! 😮 No, if I ordered EST too weak I’ll use it up and order a new souped up version 😃 hahahaha good point 🙂 but yeah, i just wore 50mcg today to go grocery shopping with some of my guy friends and uh.. i bought 200 dolalrs worth of groceries and ended up carrying back - a loaf of bread. they were all willing to carry some for me. hehehe so all in all, it was a good day \<3 ---

I wear 50.0 - 75.0 mcg on just about a daily basis. I think smaller doses would be effective, but might take longer to see the same results. I find that between 65.0 - 75.0 mcg the effects on others is almost instantaneous. But, I think with me wearing that much Est, it is because I’m a walking phero-bomb. I’ve been meaning to dilute some Est and do some lower range testing, but I’m not sure when I will have time to get around to it. I still have the entire MX282-287 series to test, plus MX136, P80, [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/), P102, and P103 to do, along with the rest of my sensuality mixes. So, I’d be really interested in hearing your results at a lower range dosage if you are willing to do them. Diane ---
