I am interested in this product, but I am not sure what it does. I heard its used by women sometimes and secreted in pregnant womens urine. I dont particularly understand what it does when a male wears it. Does it have any social affects? Does it turn on women, or make them comfortable? Has anyone worn EST on its own at different doses and seen what it does? ---

I think the standard default is 50 mcg per spray. That is plenty, in my experience. EST is comforting and makes people want to snuggle. EST also encourages women to gather around the person wearing EST. Would that be good, for you? ---

EST was among the first [pheromones](https://a314.com/) used a commercial product: during the 90s men’s Realm used EST to help impart a sense of relaxation and well being for the wearer. It’s often described as the counterpart to A-1, but effecting mainly men. It was intended for self-medication and isn’t effective for most social or sexual goals. You can still buy Realm on closeout at Ross and other outlets. I used it for years and it didn’t do a thing for me albeit a pleasant cologne. Perhaps the dose was too small. I also have concentrated chemset EST and have dabbed it directly under my nose to no avail. Maybe–like cops–it needs the context of a live woman to work. ---
