Hello šŸ™‚ so I am looking for some help getting my ex back, the problem is she doesnā€™t express or open up. Is there anything that can stop thinking of me as the ex and start thinking about how comfortable she is with me and how she loves my company (atm there is bad rapport as she cant move past her bad mistakes) ---

How long does it take to deliver? Coz I could be using it on the weekend, but iā€™m only going to use it when sheā€™s around, i could just give her a week and then knock on her door for a chat. If you want to get her interested by attention from other girls, IO, IG, IS, and Ammo mix would be a good bet maybe even with out the IG but that can make you seem like you have a higher social status if you work the mix, or even replace the IO with IH if you wanted but IO is better for talking to girls you donā€™t know, helps break the ice. Now if you are wanting to make her interested again by just being around her and talking you could run the same mix with IH instead of the IO for a deeper conversation which may help to spark the interest again, ammo will make you seem sexy so if you wanted to drop that just to seem warm and caring vibe then you could do that as well. Another typical thing to do is run mones in stages (I would try everything solo at first, then start mixing, then start doing mixes in stages). Personally I would do it at a party once you get your dosages dialed in so that she can see other girls hitting on you and you getting the attention not to make her jealous but so that when you say what you want to she realizes that you separate her from the group or she is special, in my opinion this is going to have the most profound effect on her. Hey Donklol, I understand your situation & the first & most important advice I would give is that if you really want her backā€¦dont depend so much on mones. The reason I say this is that she was in a relationship with you & not with your mones. So you need to do 90% of the work here & use the mones just for creating the effect & environment. Remember, you said she is holding herself back & is reserved. So first you need to make her comfortable enough to talk to youā€¦maybe just as a friend. Then take things forward from there. Also, personally I would advise you meeting her at her place or some place alone, just to check on her if she is doing ok. Then take it forward from there. As far as what he said about meeting her alone I would do both, he makes a good point on the party thing so I would go talk to her alone first and then do what I suggested, she needs to know she is special to you, thatā€™s always going to hit the hardest imo and the mones will help solidify this feeling if done right.
