Last week I placed an order that was worth over 100$ and so I utilized priority overnight special that Androtics offers. A day goes by and the package did not arrive. I got the confirmation that it had been shipped but nothing arrived at my door. I use the tracking number to see where it is and it can’t locate it 😕. This goes on for over a week when the package was suppose to arrive overnite. Eventually I email Androtics for a full store credit refund and to cancel the order. Instead, not only do they give me several gift cards that together add up to over 100$ but they also went ahead and shipped my original order 😮! I just wanted to commend Androtics Direct for their customer service which went above and beyond solving this issue and eagerly await my original order as well as the new order I purchased with my new gift cards 😃 Thank you all so much for the service you provide! ---

Wow! This glitch in the system actually makes ppl happy. Maybe we shouldn’t fix it Lol , j/k We are glad that you got this huge turn around, you realized what we are about here at AD and most importantly you are happy and now a life long client. Enjoy your products and give us back what you owe in blood…(cough) I mean by reporting on the forum with your feedback. 😃 ---

I would like to say the customer service from AD is excellent. I received a cracked, half empty bottle and I was given a GC for the original value. The response was fast and I would also like to thank Mickaelia for the prompt reply on my GC. I have spent nearly ?250 dollars over the last two months and tho will continue largely due to the customer service and excellent products! Looking forward to my order I placed today. Equally excited about the samples that get sent along also… Thank you AD ---
