# Excellent service from Androtics!

I am writing this because I want for everyone to know what a great service Androtics has.

Couple weeks ago I placed an order of TATH, IS and Ammunition and have it shipped with DHL. Unfortunately although the packet arrived in Greece, DHL lost it after it passed customs.

I e-mailed DHL in USA and they send me a loss paperwork form and told me I would have to wait for 4-6 weeks for a determination of a refund. I told them I wasn’t very happy to wait for more than one month for a refund and I wrote Jasmin what happened.

I just saw a reply from Jasmin saying that she just reshipped the whole order with DHL. I hope they will not loose it again so I will try at last these [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/).

Yep, this is why most of the customers customers who have purchased from androticsdirect, have become repeat customers of the shop. I am one of them 🙂
