# Excellent Service

Just placed my FIRST order, anxious to get it today (free overnight shipping!) and guess what, Fedex calls and says the envelope is damaged. Called 1800 number, talked to a very nice lady (I’m assuming Mickaelia) and was promptly issued another package in less than 1 hour. I’m a brand new customer, and they even said they would throw something in for the trouble 🙂

Superb service, if you are hesitant from purchasing from this fine company, they represent a type of service that died years ago and will keep this company moving on up. An unwavering dedication to excellent service!

Kudos to a great company!

Thank you for your kind words. The shipping department and I were more than happy to rectify this and we are glad we could make you happy again after what happened to your first package.

I am guessing Fedex is going throw the holiday blues. 🙂
