# Extended periodization program for pheromones (long post)

Really great thread by Radman, I don’t think it received enough attention.  
There’s some great theory behind this post Rad! Thanks for sharing.

I noticed when I moved into the bonding phase with IH, my EX put up some resistance. I don’t think she was ready to be that comfortable with me again, however I went to 1/2 sprays of TOGO and reeled her back in and worked it up to 1 spray of quad strength IH.

I agree with P51 and Steve in that sometimes its great to mix things up. But if you have an overall plan with a particular target in mind, I think its best to make some of those changes slower or you could cause some tension in that line and next thing you hear _snap_ and she’s gone.

I recall when I first started to wear A314, my ex started right in with the shit tests as I’m sure she was thinking to herself, “who the hell does he think he’s foolin’?”

If I had seen this thread before, I would’ve followed a lot of this, maybe sped it up just a bit tho’.
