\*\*Hey Guys! I’m extremely new to pheromone research, or even to possesing any sort of knowledge on the matter (general browsing from the past week). I actually became interested in the subject after getting out of a previous relationship and enjoying the single life again.Here’s a little background info: I’m right in my mid-twenties, male, and call the greater Pacific Northwest my home. I’m a very friendly individual who works in customer service, interacting with tons of people each day. I have absolutely no problem flirting with any girl who comes through my line at work. I have many regular customers who I enjoy chatting with and keeping up with. Now that I am single again, these random flirts have taken on a bit more meaning. Since being single, I now use my job as sort of practice to learn new approaches and ways to initiate convo’s. I pay a lot more attention now to responses of women my age now that I’m out in the field again. The problem I’m having, and what got me interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), is keeping this mentality when I’m out of my comfort zone. You see, while I’m completely confident talking to whomever at work, I am much more timid while out at bars/clubs. I feel dominant at my workplace, like it’s my territory. I loose those feelings as I step into different settings. I have read that many people using A314/AMMO have increased feelings of confidence and social status. I think that these affects would assist me in working up the guts to approach more women while I’m out. Do you think I should try using mones at work or just save them for when I go out? Also, I tend to fall into the friend zone really quickly with girls. I was raised by mainly my mom/sister, so I have learned to associate well with women. I also don’t think I produce an alpha image or have high levels of testosterone. What would you recommend for me to come off as a little more edgy? Welcome. For “more sexy less cute” you might try ammo. a314 might give you interesting results at work. Finally, you might try ig in both settings, and tell us what you think. ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and a314 are my 2 favorites. I am in school, but still find a mix gives girls that may usually be considered out of my league the view that I’m more/above their level. Ammo is a nice attractant and pretty safe. Don’t forget the socials. Ammo/a314 are great, but adding some IO makes me a lot more approachable, as do IH and IShine. So I’d snag to gos of IO, IH, IShine, Ammoff21, ammo world, and a full A314, and see what works then go from there. ---

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. For work try A314. It can make girls think you are trusted and more capable. They will feel you are an alpha male. FOr social, try AMMO. It can hlep to make the girls think you are attrctive. It can help you from getting our of the friend zone. Cheers ---

Hi there and welcome! I find Ammo doesn’t give me status, it’s more of a general social attractant. If you are after status try IG - there is a thread in the men’s section on rone products and Ammo that gives good reasons not to combine IG and Ammo though so however tempted you are to do so, do it with caution! A314 is great for work and I’ve used it socially too but IG is better for me socially. I find IG gives good status and IG, IO and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is one of my favorite combinations. Lots of people find Ammo good as a “standalone” without wearing any other mones. Finally, you still have to do the work - at best the mones will give you an edge, but a hobo wearing Ammo won’t get success. Have everything else in place, start a convo, and see if the mones help. Thanks for the help guys! Looks like I’m gonna give Ammo, A314 and IO a shot for now. I am a checker so work should be a great testing ground for the A314. I’ve also been experimenting a lot with my diet/supplementation. I’ve been taking a daily multi, b-complex (esp. after going out the night before), zinc, and garlic. A better diet/exercise will hopefully increase my testosterone levels and with the pheromones, hopefully I’ll see some results. I’ll keep you all posted! Anybody else experimenting with different supplements along with the pheromones? Also, any ideas of shipping timeframes from the store?? Thanks again! ---

A314 plus shine is the shit. Shine on your chest, a little A314 on your chin gives a good self effect and can help you keep your confidence when you’re outside of your comfort zone. You’ll come off as alpha even in environments when you might not be the alpha there. IO makes you and the other person feel good and chatty. Honestly away from work I’d use [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) instead of Ammo, at least if you follow everyones advice on A314 and IO. Ammo has equal parts none, rone and nols, but between the A314 and IO you pretty much have the rone and nols covered. the combo of IO and Instant Shine create a VERY fun to be around aura. So a shot or two of TuTH can add some sexuality in a bar or club setting without being too overbearing. ---

Just an update you guys: I just got my order of ammo and to go’s of tuth, io, is (2x), and a free sample of come talk to me (thanks Jacob!). Going out tonight and tomorrow to various bars/clubs and I’ll post anything I notice! Running some errands in a bit with the ammo/is combo.
