I thought Placebo is when you are told that the product produces something and you tend to believe it and it happens to you, while in the first place it was a lie. I don’t think that should be called a placebo because they never said “your eye would be twitching for 10 mins to get the attention you want”(LOL). I never experianced it though.

That doesn’t seem like pheromones, a lot of people get that.

You could have done a simple google search to do it.

I hope this doesn’t come out wrong but remember this forum is for pheromones advice, tips, and tricks. There’s a lounge or even the pheromone theory section for that.

Yes, this forum’s title is “Pheromone Advice, Tricks and Tips”.

So I hope this doesn’t come out wrong but remember the OP did basically report an observation and ask for advice whether others had experienced something similar when using pheromones …

I can’t see how pheromones could have a neuromuscular effect so this must be coincidence.

Twitching in the face for young people is normally due to a lack of sleep.

No problems with muscles twitches, but sometimes my nuts itch. probably a coincidence. Realize mones are naturally produced by human bodies. If they caused muscle twitches we’d be in spasms every time we broke a sweat…

Uh, because _you_ can’t see it, it must be a coincidence?

Cripes, people – how about keeping an open mind?

A search of this forum shows at least two other users have reported occurances of facial tics when using certain pheromones or putatives.

That’s not conclusive or causal in any way or the other, but it is interesting.

Dismissing such reports out of hand based on “can’t see” or “doesn’t seem” won’t advance the quest for knowledge and understanding of these molecules.

Imagine if A1 users were shooed off being told :
_That doesn’t seem like pheromones, a lot of people get depressed._

_You could have done a simple google search to do it._

imho,
I would put something like that down to being nervous or overly-exited.

I know when I am overly angry or exited I can **sometime’s** get a slight twitch on the eyebrow.

Its predominately a nervous response.

that’s just my opinion tho.

My mother has a PhD in pharmacology and my father is a biochemist so I think I have some authority in what I just said. Espcially as it came from their mouths.

woops didn’t mean to stir so much controversy here guys

i was referring to the placebo effect as clearly it really hasn’t affected many people here, and given how it was my first like 2 times applying for only a couple minutes – it was probably just my expecting something to happen coupled with excitement and what not.

just wondering if it something similar had affected anybody else is all, but thanks everybody! 🙂

Unlike his royal hinnie, college degrees, wisdom and knowledge are not transferable via bloodlines (or any other body fluids).

When discourse gets more intense, we tend to overlook what’s going on and just misread posts that are mean to mean something else. Glad I could help clear it up

I’ve seen that in others: two women I know and one man. When I wear a fair amount of [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) (3 sprays+) there seems to be increased eye-twitching. It’s more pronounced when they’re tired, but it seems to be set off by the 'mones. All three older people (35+).

I’ve been puzzled by it for a while, and assumed it was an adverse reaction, but after some testing it doesn’t seem to affect their perception of me negatively.

It is strange to see though: no twitch, then sit near them, two minutes later, lots of twitching. Move away, then one minute later no twitch. It’s actually a little disconcerting.

I guess I never replied to this. My left eyebrow twitches for a few minutes after I use instant Jerk. I also seem to get an adrenaline rush after using it.
