Hey guys! Let me introduce myself. I am a 28 year old male living in Holland. I live in a medium sized city (for holland it’s medium sized). I work Customer Relations as a part time job since I am still a student (I know 28 and still a student but you havent been through the same shit in life as me wich is alot). I am not a shy guy but I prefer to stay out of bigger groups since they make me quiet. So now that you have the basics of who I am let me tell you what I ordered: I ordered the starters package (since I am a n00b when it comes to [pheromones](https://a314.com/) so I got all this) Ammo Summer Ammo Turn up the Heat Shine 2X Gentleman Openness Honesty 2X MX297 Tonight I had to work. Before I left I felt exited to use my newly gotten pheromones so I looked at them and thought about what to put on. I went with 2 sprays of instant shine, 2 sprays of gentleman, 2 sprays of instant openness and 2 sprays of ammo. I was thinking this is alot to spray on but what the hell I will give it a try. I arrived at work. When we start we have to go to the floor manager. She normally tells u where to go and what to do. This time she told me where to go and walked me there (about 100m) while making alot of smalltalk wich is quiet unusuall. Later that evening 1 of my co workers passed by Before I will go into the effects I will tell you what happened in the past so you get a clearer picture. About a year ago we had a party from work. It was really fun and everybody got really drunk. After the party me and alot of co workers decided to go to the city. It was a blast and I got even more drunk. When the bar closed I went outside and lost track of that moment(like I dont know what happened in between). All I remember was that I got home with her. I made some food while being drunk and we went to bed and had sex. One of my friends/co workers made a comment about it so I told him what happends (yeah boys are proud of their having sex with girls). I told him to be quiet but ofcourse he didnt and she heard it later and was mad at me. She hasnt spoken to me since. Well today she passed by me and stopped. She made some small talk about what she did last weekend. I got a call from a co worker so I couldnt talk long. Later when I had a break and was sitting in the break room she was eyeballing me secretly (pretty weird if you ask me). She wasn’t near me so she couldn’t smell the pheromones. I went back to work. Not really anything obvious except that people seemed to be more friendly and I felt full of energy and in a really good mood. Then the weird thing happened. My co worker (the girl from before) messaged me when I was done from work. I told her I’d be about 20 minutes but she was already done with work. She waited 20 minutes for me to drive home with me (not in car I always go on a bicycle). She was talking about the evening when we went out with the party, appoligized for her behaviour and asked me if I thought the night was as fun as she experienced it. I said yeah it was quite fun. She had to take the next turn and I had to go straight (so she waited 20 mins to drive 3 mins with me). Positive effects: People seem nicer. I feel better and in a good mood. More energy. Weird shit happens wich keeps life interesting. Feel free to comment or ask questions. This is my first time writing a journal so any tips are welcome ---

Hi Foobs, Thanks for starting a journal. It’s great to have you here 🙂. I think that starting out with a 4-products mix (and 8 sprays) is a hard start. You should start by testing each product individually first. Get acquainted with its effect. Experiment different application points. Find your best dose for that product. Learn to look for IOIs or effects. And then move on to the next single product and so on. After that, you can attempt two product mixes and find the right balance for the two components in that mix. This will be much easier for you afterwards to fine tune your mixes and to understand the effects you get on yourself and on others. Don’t go trigger happy, you’ll end up confused 🙂. But don’t worry, it’s a common beginner’s pitfall. Most of us experienced user who use 3 or 4 components mixes will rarely use all commercial line products, we’ll use one or two and we’ll introduce putatives or MX we have already tried solo to steer mixes in the right direction or to dampen down or up some effects. You’ll get there eventually I’m sure but take it slow at first 🙂. Just my opinion, my friend. Nice report and nice read I must say. Good work. ---

Thanks for starting a journal. I would try IS as this is the one that hooked me the first time I started using pheromones from here. I would try that one solo or maybe Ammo depending on what your goals are. Solo testing is extremely important especially if you have the Togo bottles as you only get 40 sprays to see what it does. I just don’t want you to waste your time by throwing everything on at once starting out and not getting the desired effect you want. So I would at least try a once or twice so you get the feel of what each one does solo. When making combos I try to stick with no more than 3 because it can be a mess to try and figure out how to dial the mix in. I would start with 2 and the best 2 IMO are IS and Ammo. Today I tried Ammunition normal edition solo as adviced. I had used 2 sprays. Went to uni and after that to supermarket. Didnt notice any hits. Will try again tomorrow with same dose. I like the scent ^^ ---

Did you get any subtle hits like any women just glancing at you are any smiles at all? I sometimes get hits that are really small and subtle, but they are there. ---

Not that I noticed I will look more into it tomorrow. The lecture was really interesting so didn’t really have time to pay attention to the people around me. And my class is 95% guys. I do Business & IT management wich is mostly a guy study. In the supermarket I got close to some girls tho but didn’t notice any hits there. We’ll see about tomorrow ^^ ---

Posted this in my hello section first ^^ need to get used to forums. But now I found my journal again xD. Tried ammo regular today did 3 sprays (1 failed so more like 2,5). At uni there were some girls staring at me when I passed by just checking me out. I felt great about that. Uni was short today so after that I went for groceries. An old lady let me pass her in line while I had alot of stuff and she had almost nothing. The Cassier girl was asking for my ID. I am 28 and u need to be 18 to buy some alcohol so that was also pretty strange. Then she started chatting about that she liked my “style”. After the supermarket I walked home. I got an obvious DIHL from a cute girl trying to unlock her bike. She failed unlocking her lock and dropped her keys because we were making eye contact and she just kept standing there smiling. Today was a good day. Will keep you guys informed for more. ---
