# Fabulous Service again!

I just wanted to post about how generous, & efficient the Smartmones service is. The efficiency was the 3 day turnaround from ordering to my front door.

The generosity is the 2x extra instant openness togo bottles I received with both orders! They are most appreciated! My 1st order was: Turn Up The Heat spray bottle, and to go bottles of Ammo, Instant Shine, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), and Instant female magic.

The last one was A314 alone. So I’m pleased with the service! Keep it up!!..Andre’

Hi, I did have a quick question. Is there any way to know what “extra” items we may have gotten with our orders? On this order I mentioned what I got my last 2 times, and kinda made a suggestion as to what I wouldn’t mind getting with this order.

I had actually called to try to add some more to my order, but I got no reply, & then the order went out. lol So I’ll just order the next shipment after this one arrives. Just wondering. Still great service as always!..Dre’

That’s a great question and with all the BIG improvements happening behind the scene, I wouldn’t be surprised when this actually happens. I have been in contact with my Tech Support Team with this very idea.

I don’t have any feedback for you yet, but it is definitely something we are looking to implement. Where freebies are great, nobody wants to get IG over and over 😛. I’ll keep you guys updated, as soon as I hear something back.
