Average day, approx. 85 degrees, light breeze, indoor and outdoor Two sprays [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), one behind each ear. Wasn’t really looking to be social today, mainly wanted my wife to be more at ease. Well, shortly after my application, we ended up going to the mall. On the way, she asked me if I had put on cologne. I told her I did, and she mentioned that it smelled different, more “citrusy”. I didn’t mention that I hadn’t used my Armani Code, as I don’t want to tell her about the pheromones just yet. I don’t like being dishonest, but at least I didn’t have to lie to her. Shine has a scent, therefore it can fall under the realm of cologne. Semantics will lead me straight to hell. Anyway, the entire drive to the mall and all during the shopping, she was very talkative, back to her old bubbly and happy personality. It was a highly enjoyable day. I did notice that she tended to walk a little closer to me and smiled several times (a rare and beautiful sight these days). By the time we got home, I think the Shine had started to wear out and I didn’t have an opportune time to reapply. She was still in a good mood, just not as talkative or perky as before. I reapplied, one heavy spray split behind both ears again. She didn’t react as strongly, a little more talkative but just in a general “hang around the house” mood. I think mainly it was because we were both a little tired from all the walking. I had to do a load of laundry (I hate apartment laundry facilities), so I decided to take care of that. On my way to switch the load to the dryer, I ran into three different people that I know in our complex. It took me 45 minutes to walk 100 yards! Everyone wanted to stop and talk to me. I barely even knew the last person, yet he ended up talking for almost 10 minutes! I decided to scrub off the Shine before going to get the clothes out of the dryer as I have work shirts that have to be ironed if I don’t take them out immediately so I didn’t want to take the chance… So now I know: One shot Shine behind each ear seems to be the perfect dose and distribution point for me. And based on the “downtime”, I need to reapply approximately every 4-6 hours for full effect, but the re-dose can be limited to one spray split between spots. Apparently WHERE you put certain pheromones can be as important as how much and which ones. Now if I could just figure out my sweet spot for TUTH…but I’ll wait until I get some IFM before breaking that bad boy out…🆒 ---

Great report Txironhead, don’t be too dissappointed if you don’t get the same great results everytime you wear it. Keep reminding yourself of the effects you got at this dosage. If you have IO and IH, you might want to start a cycle where you wear the 2 sprays of Ishine 3- 4 days a week and work on one of the others on the other day or two that you wear [pheromones](https://a314.com/) until you get one of them figured out. Add it to your program and work on the next one. Keep that Ishine vibe going and remember 90% you, 10% pheromones…or some reasonable variant thereof. 🙂
