I sometimes put 2 drops of a314 in the palm of my hand, put the bottle down, rub the palms of my hands together, and smooth my hair with my palms. ---

I spread a drop of A314 over my wrists, then I gently rub wrists all over my head. Works a treat. Probably the best way to use just one drop for me. More is better of course… (That depends! 😮 ) Cheers ---

Today I tried 3 drops of A314, 6 sprays of IS, and 3 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). The scent was nice, almost made me a bit lightheaded. So I go into a local Verizon to pay my wireless bill. I make small talk with an employee, this girl that I have seen in there several times before. The difference this time was, she came from behind the desk and kept giving me hugs… she walked me out to the car talking about how she cut her finger cooking, etc., etc. I said “The next time you cook, call me. I used to be a sous chef and may be able to save you from self-mutilation.” 😛 Anyways, she said she’ll call. She’s never acted this way before. Tomorrow, instead of 3x Ammo, I’ll try 3x TUTH and go back to the store as a social experiment. I’m curious to see what happens. I’ve tried to wear all 4 at one time (2x A314, 2x Ammo, 2x TUTH, and 6x IS.) I felt SO weird - it was like I was on edge for the rest of the day. Apparently, these were the only negative effects - guys seemed to be UBER respectful, and girls had the DIHL look almost everywhere I went. But the self-effects were almost too negative for me to engage in social interaction. Another thing - I stayed SO hungry all day! ---

OK fellas, at this point I could write a small magazine of phero adventures, tonight I’m awake enough and I can’t pass on this one. 11:50: Last sunday. I woke up. Got my type I diabetes stuff done, and went to bed again lol. I take my cellular and log into provider’s network. 13:10: A friend of mine calls. He wants to eat something, so we agree to go out and eat something away from home (a common thing for me on weekends). We agree to meet at 14:30. So now I get some light exercise done over the floor (abs, pullups, …), spend a bit of time doing stupid things as usual, and the rest getting myself in tidied up. _Of course, that included a couple of drops of A314._ 14:50: Late, it’s a bad habit. I arrive to my friends’ home, he’s not yet fully ready anyway (LOL). We speak a bit about the 2 last days events and leave. 15:15: Wohoho. Approaching “El Rincón”: a super tiny bar in my town, but it’s quite famous because of the quality of all of their simple dishes, also not expensive. Food is directly served over the bar, consumed standing still. Inside it’s almost full even despite the late hour; yet on the outside, standing in the window bar, 3 girls, one of them exGF of my mate; lets call this girl _G_ (the most attractive, a good looking girl who distrusts/doesn’t approves me much), the other two _M_ and _F_ (this last girl is noticeably overwheight, she would gain a ton if properly slimmed down). Also another girl I know with his BF (_N_) eating something over a cask table. So, my friend engages in conversation with _G_ and I start giving a couple of kisses to both _M_ and _F_ (our way to say hello), then I proceed with _G_ etc. etc. Then… M & F start throwing themselves some complicity looks, G joins the fray. I can hear a comment: “…so we’re gonna stay for a bit more, right?” Giggles. They invite us to join at their side, so we do. At this point, the girls are already laughing which confirms my “fears”. 🙂 Toying with their eyes on me. I went to the WC, did my stuff and applied a _to-go_ shot of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2x. Upon returning, _N_ sneaks between us to take a dish from the bar. I barely know him, but this time he seems definitively different; distant, looking apathethic, doesn’t throws a single look at me, his face looks quite serious, seems discomforted. Like if he were one of those alpha male type guys feeling threatened by… 🙄 The girls start getting a bit crazy, they are laughing hard -_Oh, he’s so…!_- We take some dishes, and drink some beers. I eventually invite _N_ and his chick to a beer round, I felt like alleviating some tension and anyway, they’re not strangers to me! Things getting more extreme. Girls had already stopped eating when we arrived, yet took a bit more food and beers and now they seem slightly intoxicated… or so they say! _M_, _F_ & _G_ making tons of comments (…), laughing hard, taking photos with a cellular; for a moment, F starts making piggie noises, and things get hilarious, everyone inside the bar laughs (no obstacles to see the inside from the outside and vice-versa), I’m getting looks from every angle… At that point I don’t know what were the bartenders thinking, I tell you, the situation was overboard, borderline ridiculous. _F_ had a “bad step” and falls over the floor, laughing… My friend, who is next helps her to wake up, I ask her to check if her ankle’s right… Nothing to regret, next second she’s in the arms of my mate for no whatever logical reason… just asked for help to wake up… Pretty crazy. _G_, _F_ & _M_ left when we did, and we agreed to meet later in a pub.
