… when it’s not the superb team at Andriotics doing the job! 🙂 Wow - I am impressed, which is hard to do. I ordered my first batch of A314 last Friday and it is already here, early Monday morning. Not only are the folks at Andiotics timely, they are also very friendly and generous. I received a hand-written note from “B” (don’t know who this is??) and a smiley face telling me to enjoy the free gift they enclosed with my first order. Very impressive! If only more businesses out there followed this model of being generous and looking out for customers on a personal basis… Just gave myself two drops of A314 and spread them evenly on my wrists and neck. FABULOUS SCENT! It’s calm, relaxing, sweet, gentle smelling. Getting a real value when they let you have a $25 discount just for posting something and provide free shipping on anything over $60. Awesome job, guys! Thanks a bunch. ---

I know exactly how you feel. Right now being the only customer service agent in a company with so many clients who require such delicate care is tough. It is even tougher in situations like these when things are going horribly wrong and you are working 24/7 to do what you can ,when you are limited in what you can do. Please remember ,as most people tend to forget. Customer service doesn’t own the company, they only carry the news and policies that they are given from above. The power and change lies with the head cheese but for some reason persons always feel that when they call customer service and they can’t change policies and give them they answers they want is some mean person behind the phone purposely trying not to help and that is how they get their kicks. 😛 I am sorry your experience haven’t been the best but I have done what I can to give you the knowledge I have , being as prompt as I can be given the situation. Where I have fallen short I ask your forgiveness. I thank you for your feedback and will use it to do better in the future. 😃 ---

Once again, I am supremely impressed with the customer service and speed with which Androtics gets the goods out. I ordered something 2 days ago, and BAM, time machine, it’s here now. They also very generously included a free sample of [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/). Will get to experimentation right away! Thank you! I’m going to start regularly posting more findings of the putes and mones I have - been away from this board for too long and have so much research to do! ---

Here are the things I love about Androtics: 1. Super fast, friendly and PERSONAL customer service. Those cute little notes you get from the folks at Androtics are a really nice touch. 2. The FREEBIES, bonuses, free gift pheremones you get. Always a beautiful little surprise. 3. The pheremones (duh). 4. Packaging - always packaged with care and efficiency. No superfluous packaging. 5. The highly supportive and eager forum community. The only thing I don’t like about Androtics is they aren’t listed within the top 15 businesses on the web. You must have some sort of awards or something?? You guys have a golden aura of business practices, something that should be emulated by lesser businesses. Keep up the excellent work. Impressed and appreciative as always.
