# first AP is done

woah… yea its done. took a bit for the class to die down though… LOL… i figured out y when i got home :o

**the mix**  
IH 2x: 3 sprays (neck, chest, hair)  
CTTM 2: 2 sprays (neck)  
\*Ishine 2x: 4 sprays (chest, wrists, hair[2])  
IG: q spray chest

(“\*” means mistake made 😛)

**Location**  
spacious class room, very humid (hey tish, "a storms’ a comin’ ur way 😛), raining, room temperature. One window open as it was pretty stuffy in the room

**Results**  
failed the test 😛 LOL only joking 😃 i felt more confiend about the material i was trying to remember… (u know that “o sh\*t, brain freeze feeling”) none of that. and felt a bit more focused. once we settled in, people around me kept talking… i though _o no, now i feel chaty…damn CTTM_ i dont feel chatty with CTTM, makes me more… comfortable lessening to others. so i was alittle confused by this chatter around me… took a few minutes for the worthless proctor to gain control 😛

now that it was quite, we started and i still did not have brain freeze… _sweet… i guess i studied well_ … im not a good studier (just added TAF to my cart for focusing 😛) so test was done… waited a while… then left with some others once i could. _sigh_ that was not tooooooo bad. as i talked to some of the people, 3 out of 8 ( 2 sitting in my vicinity) said that they really had the urge to talk… hmmm the CTTM could not have done that… maybe so.

got home and ( i left in a hurry) i left the mones i had applied in my bedside table… not the normal place. i was putting them bak, when i noticed i had IO 2x in my had 😮 i had put on IO not Ishine… that explained the chattyness and the clear mind… oops… o well it worked out.

IO does seem to help clear the mind and keep things flowing up there.
