That’s a good proportion to start with. App points are fine but do ensure the Ammo can get at the air - don’t cover it with clothing. Side of neck is good for IS - this will maximise any self effects for you and ensure good diffusion to your subjects. If you talk with your hands, it might be worth some IS on your wrists/forearms too but keep the none to your centre intitally.
