ok guys, this is my first date with this girl that i met in a club at NYE and i asked her out to a movie.. i need to know what [pheromones](https://a314.com/) to were!! i got: AMMO IFM ISHINE IO TUTH all of them in togo bottles. im 19 years old.. please help!! i am sooooo nervous!! never went on a date before!!😮 ---

I’d go with Steve’s recommendation. Half spray of Ammo on your neck. 2 sprays of IO (one on neck, one on wrist). 2 sprays of IFM on your neck and wrists. 2-3 sprays of IS on your neck, maybe one on your wrist. ---

In the end, ideally you would have had time to experiment and find out what dosages and spray locations work best for you. Hopefully this date goes well, and next time you’ll have a better idea of what to wear. ---

Spray IFM on the back of your neck… It can cause short-term depression in men so I advocate just 1 spray. It’s not going to be the phero that gets you the results on this date. 1 IFM to back of neck 1 Ammo to front of neck 2 sprays shine to hair. Trust me, I’m 25 and that shit is subtle but powerful. Ammo is really well-rounded. REMEMBER TO TEASE HER! MAKE FUN OF HER PLAYFULLY! ---

Since you haven’t tried IFM by itself yet, you might be safer spraying it either on the back of your neck, or on your wrists. Either way, keep it away from your own nose. If that means you’re constantly wiping your face, or supporting your head with your arm (which you shouldn’t be doing on a date..), then your wrist is not a good place, as you’ll constantly be smelling it. If that is the case, the back of your neck is a better place. Personally I like my wrists because I talk with my hands and it is easier to work my hands into her personal space early on. I like spraying on the front of my neck because I figure the heat disperses outward from my body, rather than simply straight up. My chest will be one of the warmer places on my body, so I figure I get good, steady diffusion from my chest. Incidentally, that’s where most of my pheros are applied. ---

Talking with your hands how? Through gestures? Arm movements? Could you elaborate on how different ‘styles’ of talking with your hands send different signals? I mean I talk with my hands too. For me, when I am talking, whether fast or slow, my hand movement is in tune with it. It shows passion when I’m waiving my hands around. I know guys are looking at me like and most likely making comments, but its the women who love it. Another good thing about moving hands about is it allows me to Kino more. My hands are always moving and I’m always touching. Guys I can tell you with absolute certainty, start touching from the very beginning. When touching women do NOT plop your hands down on her with jerky actions. Slide, always slide.
