OK, i am a 34 /m i have a first date with a woman tonitgh, and i have 3 to gos, IO, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), TUTH. what combo should i use and how many sprays of what? never used them before. ---

Its normally advisable to start with finding your sweet spot, but if your date is tonight you dont have enough time. I suggest using either Ammo on its own or Ammo+IO if its a first date and you think you might need a bit of help with making the conversation more fluid. As your date is tonight I would go 2 sprays of ammo and if your going to use IO aswell go with 2 or 3 sprays if its the 1x strength, you dont want to go to mad with the IO IMO because ammo already has a small amount of alphanol in it which is the main ingredient in IO. Then start your sweet spot testing as soon as possible. ---
