# first day o' school

Go solo and begin testing now, I’m sure you heard about establishing your sweet spot. That topic has resurface so _many_ _times_ lately. So, check out, some of the threads on that topic to give you a general idea. I have a rule of thumb: less is more when it comes to -mones.

It’s different and varies. For example, when I wear Instant Honesty or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) I usually start with one spray and shortly thereafter apply another spray. Again, attempt to figure out your sweet spot for each product.

Oh man! I wish I knew about this shit when I was a sophmore. I know it’s been said a thousand times before, but you should try to find your sweet spot with each individual product before you mix them. If you must mix them maybe start with one or two sprays each, and tweak it to get your desired effect. Also, keep in mind because you will be in a classroom setting people aren’t going to be talking uncontrollably just because you’re wearing IO.

While it may be tempting to do the first day and make a ‘first impression’ you should go in ‘dry’ to get a baseline. That way you know what to add and also can report on the full effects easier. 🙂

Its all very scientific and figuring out the perfect dosages is a delicate process. So do the baseline the first day - its what I always do.
