First day on A314 with 5 drops and no results: advice on dosing and approach

Based upon the suggestions already given in this thread, you’ve got two different courses of action here…

Option 1) You start again, using a single drop of A314 over the course of a week to see what happens. If you don’t notice anything, perhaps move to 2 drops per day for a week.

You need to try A314 for at least a week for your body to get somewhat accustomed to the added pheros and to really be able to gauge whether you’re getting hits or not. Scientists conduct experiments hundreds (if not thousands of times) before they draw conclusions, you 've made your conclusion after one time. Part of what happens with pheros is related to luck and chance when it comes to hits. Some days I go out and get a number of clear hits, I go out two days later wearing the exact same dosages and I see nothing. That’s just how it works.

If you don’t see any hits during those two weeks, it could be the congruence (read Renny’s great post) isn’t there. Or, you’re getting hits, but just don’t realize them when they happen. If you don’t see any hits, something is wrong and you should set the A314 aside.

Option 2) You buy some Shine and Openness ToGo vials and you spray a couple shots of each on your neck/chest. Do this for a week, too. You can’t really OD on these products, so you could do 5 sprays of each, if you feel so bold. You should see self-effects as well as better interaction with others. Once you see there are are real effects with pheros, your confidence should grow. Keep in mind that, as I said before, you can layer the socials I mentioned with the A314. This will help you in a number of ways to build confidence.

You still need to work on yourself, so I suggest you bookmark Fire and Ice’s excellent blog (watch the videos on the last entry, they will help you.)

But you need to understand that most likely, your congurence isn’t there yet to just wear the A314-- right now. I know this because you’re asking us what you should do, which should be a flag to you– an Alpha doesn’t ask people what to do, he figures it out for himself and then he tells people what to do…
