First of all, lemme just say how awesome this store and forum are. Yesterday I received my first order, 1 Instant Shine 1X To Go and 1 Ammo To Go and got a free [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) To Go! Anyway, this morning I had a doctor’s appointment because I’d been having some knee pain from doing some cardio as of late. I figured what the heck, there might be a cute receptionist or medical assistant so I put on 2 sprays of Ammo on the neck and 2 sprays of Instant Openness on the wrists. When I got there, the medical assistant that came out to call the patients seemed kinda cute but didn’t have a great attitude. The next time she came out to call another patient I got some eye contact. After waiting about ~20 mins, I was next, and her attitude completely flipped. She seemed a lot happier when it was my turn, and we chatted for about 10 mins. She had to check my vitals, including my blood pressure. Now, I’ve had my blood pressure taken before and they normally let my arm hang by my side, but she actually grabbed it and held it under her armpit, pressing it right up against her boobs 😮:D. Hit? I think so… After the appointment I went back to work and didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary, but that just made my day 🙂. ---

I think I might even throw a couple of sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) into the mix next time. If I see more of the same stuff I’ll definitely go for the number. ---

adding some Shine is always a good idea - but don’t go overboard (especially with the AMMO) i wish you good luck… ---

I’ve got an appoitment for a medical examination next week and I am trying to think of what to apply. This combo is a good one but open to other suggestions.
