I got my first bottle of EST yesterday I thought I’d test that one properly first out of the new toys I got. Partly because I think I could get away with testing it at work so it would be quickest to do that one first…and of course i WAS a bit impatient too having herad sooo much good stuff about EST.

So here goes;

* * *

* * *

**Product name,scent and strength**
EST, unscented, 5mcg/spray

**Application dosage and locations**
4 sprays - 1 split between wrists, 2 to cleavage/neck & 1 to back of neck

**Enviroment tested in.**
Hospital environment, normal room temp

**Self effects.**
Eehh…none…I felt nothing

**Effects to others**
I may have had a hit, but I’m not completely convinced. I had to go to occupational health today to get a Hep B booster jab & a Mantoux test. The Dr there was VERY nice, almost babying me, making sure I was lying on a couch rather than sitting whilst having it done, and she made me stay there for a few minutes afterwards, asking me more than once if I was ok.

Now, I’m naturally very pale (I’m talking Bobbi Brown’s foundationshade Alabaster, not just fair skin) and I do NOT like needles…so it’s quite possible that she interpreted my pale face and nervous laughs (my lame attempts to pretend bad things aren’t coming 🙄) as “oh, this one is going to faint, lets treat her like a child”…

However, to complicate things I added more phero’s around lunchtime because I was feeling sorry for myself having had to undergo the needle torture…and after that, oh boy did I get hits. The problem is I don’t know if it was due to the EST, or the IS & IS/b I added… Some hits did feel slightly more soft and “let’s take care of Xiphoid”-ish, but others were just the standard hits I’ve gotten sofar…

I added 2 sprays IS2x and 3 sprays IS/b, on my wrists and neck… 15 minutes later I had my clinical partner take a completely wrong turn in a part of the hospital we know like the back of our hand. When I laughed & pointed this out he goes; “I get so distracted by you, you were talking”…I hadn’t said a word & pointed this out to him. I ask if I always have had that effect on him & he then says; “No, I don’t know what it is about you lately, but you distract me”…This was at 1pm.

At 1.30 we had clinics…the Reg I’ve spoken about previously did his now normal thing around me…Lots of smiles, always standing close & today he kept leaning over me when I examined patients, with his face really close to my hair & neck 🙄

I also had a patient who was quite funny…it was 71 year old man with a very good body for his age (regular gym goer)…he kept flexing his muscles 😃 made examining the joints quite difficult, but he wouldn’t stop!

Sofar all hits after the addition of IS & IS/b have been what I normally get. But around 3pm I had one that was a bit softer feeling that made me wonder if the EST was possibly having a slight effct in combination with the IS & IS/b…
I had seen a patient with a condition which was unfamiliar to me & my consultant grilled me during the examination (which is pretty standard). After the patient & the consultant leaves the Reg comes up to me and says; " Is he done interrogating you yet? Are you ok?" I was abit surprised so I just laughed it off & said something like “well you learn something new every day”. He then goes; “Well, I can sit down & go through it with you. If you want we can meet up & I can teach you”… Hmmm…don’t know if this was the EST making him so soft & cuddly or if he was hitting on me 😕

**Duration of effects.**
Not sure…if the afternoon hit was partly due to the EST then that would make the duration a good 8 hours…Is EST longer duration than other phero’s?

**Effects from mixing with other products.**
Jury is out on that one…

**Range**
All “victims” were within 2-3 meters of me

**Time exposure**.
Most effects were seen within a few minutes of being near me

So…my conclusion so far…It’s possible that EST gives my normal mix a softer almost “damsel in distress” type feel to it, but I need to do some more tests. 20 mcg isn’t a whole lot of EST so it may just be in my head.

Tomorrow I plan to double the dose of EST to 40 mcg to see if that does anything…and no adding extra phero’s for lunch! 🙄

Nice reporting, Xiphoid! Ive been around 100mcg lately, but also notice that it doesnt do much on its own - but when added to CTTM, and/or IS/A, got lots of reaction! Last weekend at a crowded pub, two guys asked my friend and I if we’d like their table as they we were leaving…thing is, there were LOTS of younger, cuter girls around! lol…must have thought i was PG and it was killing my feet 🙂

Day 2 of my EST testing…

I sprayed on a total of 40 mcg (5mcg/spray) after my shower (~7am)

- 2 sprays on wrists
- 2 sprays on each side of my neck/cleavage
- 2 sprays on the back of my neck

I had some tests involving cannulation etc so I figured I’d see if the EST made the medical team any nicer to me 🙄 or if I noticed anything else… The tests were horrible (it’s all in my journal, but be warned if you are a nurse…I’m not exactly praisning nurses there :o) but that’s not the point.

I have a feeling my [EST](https://phera.com/) had absolutely no effect on the nurse… Maybe I need to up the dose once more…

Today might not have been a total [EST](https://phera.com/) disaster though. As I waited on the bus after my tests were done something did happen. Granted I probably looked a bit pityful, but I still doubt this was just a normal nice lady; As the bus approached, this elderly lady looks at me, smiles and says:“You go on love, go ahead”, and then ushers me to get on the bus as the first passenger. Now this lady had what I presume was severe osteoarthritis. She was in obvious discomfort, and stuggled to walk with her 2 crutches…I’m not so sure a lady like that would normally let someone jump the queue 😕

I’ll try to up my [EST](https://phera.com/) dose to 60 [mcg](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram) tomorrow and see what effect that has…

sounds like your having fun with it, fun reports.

unfortunately when you test with several things (_even yesterdays pheros not washed off_) its hard to attribute hits to one thing specifically.

but a hit is a hit, its all good and all positive.
EST so far has been nothing but positive for me.

i was curious to see if you were getting hits below 62.5 mcg, as so far this is the bare minimum it takes me personally to say “this was the EST”.

its very possible that it works just great in small doses but that you have to be real keen to observe any hits (we are all usually so busy that hits have to be blatant to get our attention sometimes).

i look forward to hearing what 60+mcg does for you.

Yeah, I was a bit confused with the dose with EST as I saw doses ranging from 12.5 to 150 mcg so I wasn’t sure where to start.

My initial impression is that I may get some nice mellowing added to other mixes whe using these lower (20 or 40 mcg) doses, but I’m not entirely convinced that EST on it’s own works for me at those doses. I’m going to try 60, 80 & 100 and see what that does 🙂

Thanks for your report. I am just looking at male/female differences in EST-response. I just got mine today! I sprayed 60mcg and I feel just fine. It is quite possible that you’re having a profound effect on others around you, especially men, I’d say, judging from this first test. Like I get absolutely no self-effect wearing A1 at all, but the DIHLs from women are obvious to spot especially at high doses.

Yeah, I’ve seen quite a few posts now with guys trying EST, at first I thought they were confused newbies but now I’m not so sure anymore 🙄

It’ll be good to compare the effects between women & men using EST 🙂

Here’s day three’s report;

Total dose of [EST](https://phera.com/) 60mcg, applied as follows after my morning shower;

- 2 sprays on each wrist
- 2 sprays on each side of neck/cleavage
- 3 sprays on back of neck
- 1 last spray on chest

**Self-effec** ts: Nil as usual, but I’m not expecting anything dramatic here

**Environment** : Hospital indoor environment, normal roomtemp

**Effect on others** : I reckon I had a definitive hit today. I was in the library around 10am and was about to walk out when I ran in to this colleauge of mine that is definitively not on my list of favourite people. He is one of those posh people who get off on being rude and condescending to others, and he has a very high opinion of himself. Unfortunately we are both on the committee for the Surgical Society so I do have to be civil to him and talk to him from time to time. Tonight we have a meeting so he began talking about that, and oddly enough he not only paid attention to my opinions, he even agreed on them and gave a few “great ideas” type compliments.

Then after a couple of minutes I noticed how the subject suddenly shifted from work-related to Xiphoid related…he looks at me and goes; “X have you lost weight lately?” Now anyone who knows me will know that saying I look like I’ve lost weight is not exactly something I take as a compliment, BUT from the look on his face and the tone of his voice I could tell that he really did mean it as a compliment. When I replied that “yes, unfortunately I have lost a bit” he spent the next 5 minutes going on about the possible reasons I struggle to keep weight on. He was acting so very weird & out of character, he’s NEVER empathetic, caring or concerned about my physical, let alone emotional wellbeing…

The only way I can explain it is that either he was seriously doped up on [EST](https://phera.com/) or he developed an acute onset multiple personality disorder 🙄 I wonder how the meeting tonight will go…
The question is…do I stick to the original plan and go up from 60 to 80mcg tomorrow, or do I go with a more gradual increase and do 70mcg?

Fourth day with EST

This was my 4th try with EST…

Total dose of [EST](https://phera.com/) 80mcg, applied as follows after my morning shower;

- 2 sprays on each wrist
- 6 sprays on neck/cleavage
- 6 sprays on back of neck

**Self-effec** ts: Nil as usual, but I’m not expecting anything dramatic here

**Environment** : Out & about in town, cold & frosty

**Effect on others** : Hmmm…nothing noticed. BUT, it was a cold day today so I was wearing my winter coat and gloves…The [EST](https://phera.com/) is very unlikely to have been able to diffuse out and affect anyone.

My flatmate was sweet and offered to carry my bags but I don’t think I can put that down to the [EST](https://phera.com/) , it’s more likely to be because of my arm still being bruised and sore 🙄

I’ll have to re-do the 80mcg dose experiment in an indoor environment I reckon…

I have absolutely NO self effects with EST, I may as well be putting water on…but guys definitely react to it in a helping manner…as in here have my seat and so on… Women not so much. Do we know that it affects women to a different extent?

if we search there definately is alot of info on this forum about EST affecting both men and women.

from the looks of it , it does affect us differently but _as the wearer_ people are responding to you differently, so self-effects dont seem to play a part in this [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) usage.

sometimes when we wear Androstenol, for instance, we are pretty used to the effects by the end of the day.
someone approaching you for the first time gets a whiff of your signiture and it imprints on them as part of you.

wearing EST for me, i do infact notice a bit of something.
I genuinely feel softer, my tone is softer, my kids notice i am softer in conversation and have actually said something to that effect.

i feel more tolerance.

i use EST at 100- 125mu and carry it with me even if i dont want it as a part of my signiture on any given day -
_just incase_ a moment arises that warrents diffusion of negativity or rudeness.

i promise upon more examination you will find this pheromone one you cannot live without , but finding the dose might take some time.

nothing less than 67.5 registers, and my bestest hits of all come from 100-125mu.

Thanks Lor!
Im at about 100-125 mu now as well - Its definitely doing something, but I think Im so in love with the initial burst of energy after a spray of CTTM or IS/A, that Im busy looking for my own high feeling. And I havent really been looking for behavioral self effects…though I have been much more patient with my little boy when he wants me to pretend were lizards for 8 straight hours…ill pay more attention, thanks for the eye opener!

eventually you acclimate to the pheromones and dont get that high feeling your experiencing unless you take regular breaks from them.

i try to change them up frequently so that i really get a feel for whats doing what, and i never fully acclimate.

nothing like being high on yourself for a while 😃
i love it too.
