# First day with new mones

Hey Itchy,

You doing well so just wait it out. Try to be aware of any subtle differences in peoples reactions to you and also any self effects. The key is patience and consistency.

I myself am relatively new but was given advice which i will reiterate to you:

1. Try one product at a time using it until you find your sweet spot-the amount required for maximum effect. Once you find the proper dosage you can move on to try another product and eventually will be able if you want, to mix products by spraying two or more products as you have done.

2. Be aware of the difference in where you apply the mones. Usually pulse points and places where your body emits more heat are recommended eg. neck and wrists. Try to find the most effective spots for you.

3. Be aware of self effects and also any differences in peoples reactions to you. These effects can be subtle and not what many people expect.
