This is my first experience in the world of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), so I wanted to get some user input. I love the pheromone world so far (PheroTalk forums are awesome), even though I haven’t perceived/received any ‘hits’ thus far. I have several products, and a empty to go bottle. (My product list is in my signature.) **Test background:** **Me:** 19 year-old Model; 135 pound male, 5 '11. I wasn’t behind many layers, just a cotton shirt. My first test was with Ammo. 1 full spray to my chest area (On my shirt, not my bare chest), 1 to my neck area and one on my wrist. (Rubbed my wrists together before the product cured). All of the sprays of ammo were from a ‘To go bottle’. **Her:** 18 year-old; 5 ‘8. Beautiful girl if you ask me. Outgoing on most subjects, when it comes to ‘us’ (Or a sensitive matter) she’ can be really shy. Lovely blond if you ask me. Met her through a friend, we all met up at club seven. **Results:** I’m not sure if it’s possible to OD from just 3 sprays of ammo, but the girl that I went on the date (First date) with to the local coffee shop made me feel as if I was a ‘ghost’. She seemed to be put off by me.. we are normally very close in person, but that night seemed to lack that. The body language that I was receiving from her, didn’t seem like the same person. Our physical space was also notably larger. This biggest thing of all: She didn’t like the sent, which I found interesting. **Personal reflection:** The night of the date I was just being myself with the added pheromones. Dressed the same as usual, ‘Preppy’. Nothing that I did seemed out of place after the date or after a few days reflecting about it. **Questions:** 1. Is it possible to OD from just 3 (‘To go bottle’) sprays? 2. When it’s mentioned, X amount of sprays to the chest; Is it speaking to your bare chest? 3. With all the items in my list, what should I try next? Should I just keep with ammo a bit longer? Should I start mixing? 4. I’ve read several topics on ‘sexual’ mixes, what should I give a shot? **Mix idea:** Turn up the heat, 1 spray to the back of the neck. Instant female magic, 2 sprays. One to the back of the neck, one on the wrists. Sounds like a start, or does anyone have a better recommendation? ---

Try again with just one spray. I doubt it was an OD. You may have been expecting the ammo to do something that no pheromone is going to do. One experience with pheromones is not going to do anything magical. It sounds like you already know this girl and she knows you so maybe she was feeling something different but didn’t know what or didn’t know how or if to express it. I would keep wearing a little ammo around her and be yourself. IFM can make her more comfortable if she is anxious or pmsing. Tuth should be kept for times that things need heating up (ie you’re heading for the bedroom). IH is something you could wear on a date like ammo is. Maybe that would help her open up on those subjects about which she is shy. Check genesis’s signature thread for some good advice. I wrote some of my early mistakes in the thread in my signature. @renny - Thanks for the suggestion. I thought I should keep with the ammo for a while longer. The ‘Turn up the Heat’ was in regards to making a sexual mix for later/ another girl. I’ve looked at your thread, but it was at a glance. I’ll read it through this time. Thanks 🙂 ---

What you describe indicates too high a dosage of Androstenone. Almost all of your products contain Androstenone, with the exception of the taa oil and the [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). I suggest using a mixture of those two, with nothing else. That should give you an easy-to-talk with but deep and vibrant social effect, without a lot of sexual undertones. Later you can try adding in SMALL amounts of the none products, but be sensitive about seeming to “come on too strong.” edit - i just saw that you have ifm in your list also. That doesn’t have anone either, but I don’t think it will be particularly helpful at first. My recommendation above stands. ---

Some people apply to their clothing. ---

Not many people seem to be specific when it comes to, whether their applying the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)(s) to their bare chest or covered chest. Thanks again. 🙂 ---

I think people usually mean that they apply to the bare chest (or elsewhere on the skin). For one thing, body heat helps disperse the pheromones and scent (would you put perfume or cologne on clothes? I guess it would work…!). Your hair can be a good choice, too: the heat from your head can help a lot. The other point is that androstenone is sticky and hard to remove. That’s true on skin, to some extent, but if you get that stuff in your hair or on your clothes, you might have a problem (on your hair could mean a week long OD 🙂). The bad news is that ammo contains -none, so you probably shouldn’t put it on clothes or hair. It’s only 30% or so -none, so it’s not the worst thing you could do. It does stick, though. Don’t try this with turn up the heat!!
