# first order experience

Hi,  
I received my order of instant shine and turn up the heat and instant openness togo on thursday, but this was the first time i could post about it. I think it arrived in my box in 18 hours from being processed which is amazing too me. I appreciated the hand written note from April, it just makes me as a customer feel value and shows Androtics above and beyond dedication to service. I am a bit puzzled about the free gift part of the note since i recieved exactly what i ordered but Instant shine and instant openness were quick to make me feel relaxed and happy for the weekend.

A lot of time the ladies at the lab up the strength of the items ordered. So where as you ordered IShine or IO 1X, there’s a great possibility you got 2X.
