Hi! Had to try out A314 at the local gym today. I’m 6 foot 5 and quite athletic, and work out six times a week. I mainly wanted to see if the phero would affect my own mood, and indeed it did 😃. No extremely noticable effects, but I sure felt more relaxed, confident and sure about myself somehow. After the gym I added two sprays of ammo. I really liked the smell of it. Had a lecture at school a few moments later. Before school however I stopped by my gf’s place to drop off some things. I don’t think she recognised anything though, which was a shame. Well she did notice that I wore a new scent, but no other overt clues popped out of her. In school people acted a bit more social than normal perhaps. Hard to tell. Went home for a few hours before returning to school later in the afternoon. Wanted to try the instant honesty overkill effect 😃.. So I sprayed 6 sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and the effects were deffinitely noticeable! I had some group discussion about a project, and the whole group was really enjoying themselves, smiling alot and having a good time. I kept on getting smiles from both the girls in my team. And this really hot French chick was constantly looking at me, smiling and playing with her hair. She even kept on making silly jokes all the time. And every time she spoke, she spoke to me 🆒. Hooked up wimme gf later in the evening again. instant honesty going on… On a commercial break I added one spray of turn up the heat. Net result = No effect :-/ .. What has best worked for you in longer serious relationships where you want to light up some sparks? none overkill perhaps? Cheers! Have to get going now. -Alex ---

Welcome, Ixae! Good first report, thank you for taking notes. rep pointrs for you! As far as the lack of results from your GF… With existing relationships, the significant other is used to your body’s existing, natural phero signature. When you start adding new -mones to the mix, it usually takes some time for them to start taking effect. Their VNO recognizes your natural -mones, but it doesn’t know how to process the new ones in with it, so they ignore it. Once they get used to you having a varying signature, the results should show themselves better. My best recommendation on this is to try the ramping effect. With your TUTH, start with one spray when you two are together. The next time, do two sprays, then 3, then 4 if necessary. You probably won’t have to go as high as 4, but that should definitely be your limit. This ramping idea basically introduces her to the mones in an unoffensive way, but beats the point home, basically. Oh, and do yourself the favor, and NEVER spray TUTH in your hair. The only way to get it out of your hair is to shave your head or scalp yourself. ---

Thanks for the replies! I’ll give ramping a try. Sounds like a good idea. And I’ll take care never to spray Turn Up The Heat into my hair. As for now I’m quite content with it and don’t want to shave it off 😃 ---

WOW! That is a perfect example of a great introduction thread. You ROCK! It’s so awesome to read about a new users experience with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I know when I started I was really a skeptic and now look at me: I’m a freaking junky. So welcome to the forum and please, oh please, keep reporting to us. You seem exactly the type that knows what to look for and have a great way explaining how it worked. Sometimes it might not work, but feel free to post that here to. We always are open, as researchers, to how and why things work or don’t work. I’ve sent out your email gift certificate and I’m having Chuck Norris deliver it personally. He will show up with it in about 24 hours, but a word to the wise: don’t let him know you haven’t bought his total home gym. He has a tendency to go off on a sales pitch and quite possibly could stand and pose for a full hour. A chick might dig that, but most guys I know usually end up throwing up. ---

Haha 😃. I had a great laugh reading your replies! And thanks for the nice feedback! I gave ramping a try yesterday and sprayed myself with three [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) sprays. I’m not intending on using huge quantities like this in the future, but as for now, showing my GF that something has changed is priority nr 1 😃. Anyway. 3 sprays of TUtH among with 4 sprays of IH did wonders, or atleast showed a very positive effect. After a while of watching the telly together she asked me “what’s that new perfume you’re wearing?”.. I quickly replied something like “well just this little blend I’ve cooked up for myself”. She wanted to stay close to me all the time, was more flirtatious and relaxed than usual and things went really merry. She’s been stressing with some school assignment for quite some time, a topic she has hard to understand (so do I for that matter). She threw out an idea that she’d give me 20€ if I do the work for her, and I replied that “well… That’s not really the currency I’m looking for 😉. I’m not in need of money”, and a small laugh afterwards. Well the whole thing was kind of on a joke basis. Then she said “ok! I’ll give you 20 blowjobs if you finish this project for me”. “It’s a deal I said” and she laughed like hell 😃.. Well she looked really inspired to pay me for the work 😃 .. as in she’d do it anyway. She even said, well you don’t have to do it… you can get a few ones anyway every now and then 😉. Heh.. This kind of spontaneity is rare.. at least in the way it was played out yesterday.
