I want to make sure I get results. It’s my first time trying a [pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/). I want to know if it’s effective or should I just go for the bigger amount? ---

If you are looking for the “axe-effect”, then I am going to tell you that there is no such product, that is just bullshittery made by big companies to sell their product to the masses. If you are looking to seduce woman that are otherwise out-of-reach or hard to get, then I would say that Ammo is the key. Seduction also needs a psychological side and a good-looking male, [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) won’t work if you look like a hill-billy chewing gum and smelling like disaster. That said, if you know how to make girls like you even without ammo, then they will LOVE you with the ammo. Most pheromones makes you more attractive for girls, but don’t think its a magical spray where you become a chick magnet. To get to that level you need a LOT of skill and luck. Most of my time with pheromones it simply does not work, but when I manage to make that perfect encounter its always an guaranteed hit! ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a good all-rounder, so pretty much ideal for a first product to start with. Its easy to use/dose has a fairly wide dose range and is usable in a wide variety of situations, so unlikely to cause you any great problems. At 23, you should start with the standard 2.5mcg product - at least till you find your best doses in different environments. Strength **does not** mean better with pheros and even with Ammo, too much in the wrong environment can go against you. Once you know your dose range and if the numbers of sprays work out, then it might be worth going-up to the heavy product as its a good economy/scent control measure but unless you are into your 30s, or interested in older women, its not a good start. Very broadly, in daytime/work/polite social situations you will probably find as lower dose better but in bars/clubs/uninhibited situations or around women whose emotions are already flying (in a good way!), you can increase the dose somewhat. Another viable tactic is to start your night wearing Ammo alone, then add-in an equal amount of TUTH when you hit the clubs - this raises the Androstenone proportion relative to the other pheros to 2:1:1 and makes it much more sexual but retains some balance/moderation, which will help you in other ways. ---

Make sure to check out [this](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-can-do-and-what-they-cant-updated/27326) thread before you make the dive. As far as the to-go is concerned. I recommend everyone buy To-Go versions of Pheros they are trying. It’s a smarter, smaller investment into a phero that might not work well with your strengths. ---

Some girls are into that. Not me, though. But if a girl is into that, and 2 dumpy guys are standing nearby, she will probably go for the one wearing pheromones. Unless, of course, the one with pheromones is threatening her with a gun or something. But again, some chicks are into that. You might want to just avoid that sort of chick in general, though. My best advice: be yourself. But not just your standard self, be the best “you” that you can be. Be the “you” that makes you enjoy being, and that makes you feel good about being you. Because I can GUARANTEE that chicks are into that. And the pheromones will definitely help.
