# First Pheromone Tests

So since I got the to-go bottles of AMMO 1x and InstantShine 2x I’ve experimented a bit with them.

I’m still in the process of learning how to properly use them (how many sprays, where, etc.) but I’ve had some fun!

Typically I do 2 sprays of AMMO 1x on each side of my neck and 1 on my wrist, along with 1 spray of InstantShine 2x in the middle of my neck/upper chest area and 1 spray on my wrist as well.

I’ve noticed some looks and definitely some people acting different towards me lately but the main thing I’ve noticed is how great I feel while wearing the mones. I was assuming it was the InstantShine so one day I put only the IS on and sure enough I felt great. It makes me feel peppy, confident, and just overall happy. I’m also obsessed with the smell. AMMO is good but the IS is AMAZING in my opinion. It just smells like nothing I’ve ever smelled before and I can’t tell what it smells like but I constantly take the cap off the bottle just to smell it.

The funniest experience was with my girlfriend. I met up with her, wearing both AMMO and IS, and as soon as I put my arm around her she said I smelled very different. I asked if it was good and she said she couldn’t tell. She said she loved and hated the smell at the same time and had mixed emotions while smelling it. I started dying laughing. I told her it was a new sample cologne I got in the mall. She said she thought maybe it’s just because she’s used to my usual cologne, but that she felt like the smell didn’t match me. I asked her to elaborate but she was dumbfounded and couldn’t even though she tried to lol it was very funny. Again, I haven’t really learned how to use the mones effectively but I’m definitely planning on getting some TUTH and trying it on her soon!

Yes Shine is an excellent [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/), its so versatile.

Ammo IME takes a little longer to settle into, I have found it a great social as well as effective for getting hits from females. What fragrance Ammo did you choose?  
As you continue to use it you will become more congruent with Ammo and IME the effects increase over time.
