OK, despite my total lack of success with any [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) in the past I decided to try 3 products from here - Instant shine, Instant honesty, and nstant female magic - all to GO. Could anyone recommend me with dosages? I am 17 y/o caucasian male from Scotland. its obviously cold here and long sleeves are the Norm so where could I place the applications? Many thanks 😉 ---

Start with lowest doses (1 spray) applied to pulse points on the neck or wrist. Test one product at a time. Slowly (over multiple days) ramp up the dosage until you find what’s working well for you. ---

Will one spray be enough in cold weathers? I am a tall guy at 6ft 3" so i dunno if the pheros would just pass over everyone else… ---

Maybe not. That’s why you slowly ramp up the dose during testing. You’ve lived most of your life without artificial pherommones. Surely you can spend a few days to find what works for you, in your unique situation? Any advice you get is what someone else found for themself, and likely not to be perfect for you. ---

My preferred application is to the skin of the chest. I think it gives a more natural effect and it doesn’t mess up my clothes. Other people like to spray them on their clothes. Either way has effects.
