# first results with MX 136 and 137

I decided to test the Liquid Sunshine mixes in numeric order, just 'cuz. Our office is closed this week, and I don’t socialize much, so I’m mainly testing their effects on myself at present.

Yesterday I tried MX136. Wrists and chest/throat areas, where I figured it’d rise up to my nose naturally. Didn’t feel much of an effect on my mood (allowing for the general excitement of GETTING them, as I posted earlier). It did seem to give me a little boost, but nothing dramatic. I also had [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on from earlier in the day, so that might not have been a clean or fair test. I’ll go back to it later.

Moving on, this morning I switched to MX137. MUCH more impact – it gives me the Smiles, especially when I sniff the (same) spots I sprayed. MMMMM! I like the scent a lot – I mean besides the neroli, which is very pleasant – it’s warm and friendly to me, and sometimes makes my upper back and shoulders relax, like warm water does. I like.

I’m going to stick with MX137 today and skip any Instant Shine, so I can try to distinguish between the effects of the different mixes.

I might go to a local event tonight, though; if I do, I’m sticking the Instant Shine in my pocket to check out whether it seems to change the moods of people around me (h/t to Carrie!) … 🙄

I got my order of the Liquid Sunshine mixes a couple days ago and tried out MX 136 yesterday. I was heading into a bit of a funk at the time I tried the MX 136. I used three sprays – each wrist and the front of my neck. I noticed immediate mood brightening, my blues disappeared, and I got busy on some tasks around the house that I had been putting off. The better mood stayed with me all evening. After these results, I’m looking forward to trying the other mixes in the series!
