# First test of Ammo at the gym: no reactions after one and two sprays

hello everybody i’ve recently bought AMMO and Instant shine.I thought it would be better to try AMMO first .The first day i sprayed once on wrist and went to the gym.I did notice anything ,not a small change in the womens reactions. The next day i spayed twice one on my wrist and one on my chest ,nothing again . Should i increace the dose?

there is a possibility that the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) in Ammo are just not strong enough to compete with everyone’s sweat. I’d even guess that the sweat pheros are so strong, the girls have simply tuned it out, hence no reaction. but instant shine might cut through all of that, being a different phero than what is already circulating around the gym.

Yeah androstenone is pretty much produced in boatloads with all the sweat going around the gym
