# First time application of AMMO

Hey guys, just got my mones yesterday and I’m about to apply AMMO for the first time, I smelled it, and personally I think it just smells amazing!  
My question is, I’m planning to do 1 spray to start with my sweet spot testing, but where do I spray it?

Read about IS on the neck or wrist or both, read about TUTH on chest, but what about AMMO??? thanks a lot guys!

neck or wrists will be fine

Neck is pretty much perfect IMO, because the skin is exposed at all times (unless you wear turtleneck shirts and such…). You get some self effects which may get lost when you apply the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to the wrists, where also your sleeves can hinder diffusion and you wash your hands from time to time which could get rid of the mones etc.

Maybe just me, but I seldom use wrists for application of anything more than residue.
