To start out, use Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), and Ammunition. IShine is an all-around mood elevator, IO will get people act more approachable around you, and Ammo is sexy (as opposed to sexual) pheromone that speeds up the attraction process. With that said, you need to act congruent to those pheromones. In other words, sitting quietly in a corner will cancel out all the positive effects. ---

Here are the doses I usually use. IO - 2 to 4 sprays TUTH - 1 to 3 sprays Ammo - 1 to 2 sprays A314 - 1 to 2 drops I don’t own CTTM2, so I can’t comment on that. These amounts generally work well in combination with each other. One word of caution about using Ammo and TUTH together: they both contain androstenone, which can cause aggression from men at high doses, so if you use one, don’t use the other unless you’re experienced with [pheromones](https://a314.com/).
