# First time forum user. Instant Female Wardrobe. I’m trying to figure out the right mixes. Im very new to this! I bought the women’s travel and apparently p102. I thought about mixing two like IH and sexiness a but I don’t want to use too much!! Suggestions? Also can you list exactly which how each one is supposed to enhance what behaviors? The explanations are a little scattered and I would like a good list in one place! Thanks so much in advance 🙂 ---

Try using each solo until you know how many sprays of each work best for you. If for example 2 sprays of [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A gives you your best results and Instsnt Honesty gives you the best result at 1 spray then try to use them together, and see which reactions you get. If not enough attraction, then add a but of sexiness. If not enough bonding, add a bit of Honesty. I hope that helps ---

In the store page, it explains what each one is supposed to do. Certainly, when you were introduced to [pheromones](https://a314.com/), you got members explaining what each one does before you made your purchase? ---

As for real world experiences, there is a search function on the very top of the page, click it then click advanced search. Click search by threads bubble, and type the key words you want to search about. To avoid placebo, it’s better that you go into it with clean slate and just test them and see how they work for you. ---

Thanks so much in advance 🙂 Maybe think of pheromones as skincare or the art of applying makeup. You have a good idea of what the product does, but it’s not a promise. You will get the results the product is supposed to do, but those results will vary from person to person. As your observation skills grow, you will begin to notice more subtle results that you may not have noticed before. You’re dealing with your own genetic makeup as well as your own unique social world you have to deal with. Try testing each one of them on its own. Start out with one spray for each day of testing and move up from there. It will also be helpful for you to actually post your observations. You’re not going to remember every single detail, but if you actually write about it, that information will always be available to you to help you in the future. As you acquire personal experience on pheromone use, you will get creative, and will start to combine them, as if you were layering skincare products. Pheromones are fun to use and will enhance your life. I personally like to spray them on my neck or decollete when I am testing them so that I can inhale them easier to get better self effects. I really don’t know. Im using the other ones because I don’t know much about that one.
