Well I just got in my shipment of TUTH, IO, and AMMO and got a free to-go of IH and IS (thanks so much btw!) Anyway, I plan on going on a date with my gf later and doing a bit of shopping. Does anyone have some first time mixing suggestions? I was thinking of trying 3 sprays of ammo then one of tuth and 2 of IS. Side not the weather is currently 96F and 34% humidity if that makes any difference. Also, I tried one spray of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) when it first got here and I can still smell it on myself. Which is amazing because most colognes I’ve worn I cant smell them anymore after about and hour and that’s with 3-4 sprays! And maybe its just a placebo but I feel like I have a slight confidence boost. So, props to you guys for creating awesome products! 😃 ---

To keep it short if you don´t have any experiences with mones yet … Try out every single product on it´s own and figure out what it does for you ! start low with 2 sprays for a few days and then up the dosage … You can get some really good information here on the board but you have to find out what the products do for you on your own. NOTE: We are all individual ! even if we share the most … Pago ---

no no no, you are going to OD, just put 1 ammo, 1 TUTH, 1 IS I THINK THAT WILL DO THE WORK but 3 sprays ammo and TUTH + 2 IS (but you can still try it), you are playing with fire, and you might break up with her… ---

Also with your GF try and start with 1x of AMMO first, you can also get away with IS because it’s considered a social. Socials mostly are safe and non threatening and not too sexual. There are a wide range but for the most part you’re safe, but since you’re new try 1-2 sprays. Also for TUTH, I would reserve that for when things get intimate. You’re 23 so you’re still young and too much Androstenone (It’s in AMMO and TUTH) can sometimes have the opposite effect on your gf, instead of having an exciting night out, you could be having a bad argument because Androstenone is polar and can shift the mood to either direction. If you MUST combo I would try 2x AMMO and 2x of IS and reserve the TUTH for later. Good luck and looking forward to your report. ---

Thanks for the advice everyone. 🙂 Obviously I should play it safe so I think I’ll just do one shot of ammo and one of IS today. Hopefully that will keep things upbeat and nice. I’ll let you all know how it goes. Maybe I’ll start a journal. Side note me and my gf had a huge argument last night so I"ll definitely stick with everyone’s advice to go slow. Don’t want to accidentally make things worse. Though we have been together for almost 4 years so I’m not too worried. ---

Androstenone is sticky and is the main ingredient in TuTH and one of the three ingredients in Ammo. Best way to wash it off is with witch hazel soap…I also hear Hydrogen Peroxide works but I dunno about that. ---
