# First time using Ammo: wrists or neck, and one wrist or both?

where should i apply wirsts or neck? And if i do wrists should i do both or just one?

Wrists or neck doesn’t matter imo  
you can do both but to start spray once on one wrist and rub them together so you only use one spray.  
Gotta test for your sweet spot first. You don’t want to do too much by accident.
