On Thursday April 14, 2016 I received my intro pack for men. On Friday April 15, 2016 I started using IG, IS & IH for a social mix to help me develop confidence in approaching guys. I did this Friday & Saturday before going into the malls, parks and clubs at night. I didn’t noticed anything, I am going to continued using the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and hopefully I will noticed a change.

Keep in mind that gay men generally don’t show signs of interest in public. Even at bars, many guys play it cool, especially if they’re bi or recently out. You’ll need to follow up with guys to determine how much of an impact you had on them.

There are also very subtle signs that gay/bi men might display if they’re interested in you:
• dilated pupils
• moist eyes
• chatty
• avoiding direct eye contact

As long as they’re not making up an excuse to leave, you’re good to continue talking with them. You’ll also need to flirt with guys, let them know they’re good looking, smile, wink, and such. Yeah, it takes confidence to do that in public, but that’s what IG is for!

So work on your game. It took me several months to get the hang of it. Join an LBGT group and attend their functions. That’s what I did. I experimented with various combos and worked on my flirting. Sometimes the combo was a hit. Sometimes it was a dud. But be willing to invest time in your game.

Maybe start a journal. That way you can keep track of what you used, dosage, how you applied them, and the type of reactions you got from guys. It would also help if you provided more details of your interactions.

Hankbuddy,
I did noticed these following signs you stated chatty and avoiding direct eye contact (some of them others kept looking hard) I didn’t know at that time it was a sign because they didn’t say anything or approach me. Now since you said what you said I did noticed a lot of signs but ?I didn’t know? it was signs!!! WoW At the club I look and act like ?trade? or ?Butch queen? because that was the way I was dressing and feeling. I did have fem queens kept coming beside me and dancing direct in front of me but I wasn’t paying them any attention also while I was at the mall two of my friends that I was with kept telling me guys are looking at me but I didn’t see them because I was in my own little world I was wearing IG & IS. Well I will keep using the pheromones you talk to me about. Also I did notice with some guys I wanted to talk to them but I didn’t due to me not like being rejected, but I will start taking a chance. Thank you so much and I will keep you informed.

Next time, try IShine and IH only. Hold off on IG. I generally use that when I’m meeting a bi guy or someone potentially on the DL. I think that was what you were going after from your OP in the new members’ section. If you’re at the clubs, IShine and IH are totally fine. Yeah, at the mall trying to cruise guys, maybe IG and IH would be appropriate. That would let guys know their secret is safe with you. Of course, make sure you get out of your head and flirt!

Yeah, the avoiding eye contact is kind of weird, but it would be accompanied by chattiness. If a guy looks directly in your eyes, then they’re a bit more confident about their sexuality.

Just wanted to point out that Androtics have a mix specifically designed for gay men called ‘[Mystery Boy](https://a314.com/product/mystery-boy/)’ in their line. Maybe try that one out instead of IG which seems pretty ‘straight’ to me?

Also, remember, if you’re cruising in a mall or other non-gay club venues, not all guys avoiding eye contact are on the DL, could be they’re just not into you because they’re simply heterosexual… 😉

No offense, Scenthound, but you should check out my journal. I’m gay, and I’ve used IG and A314 very successfully with other gay men. It’s a myth that pheromones straight men use to attract women cannot be used by gay men to attract other gay men. It’s also a myth that gay men are attracted to [female pheromones](https://phera.com/). If that were true, then I wouldn’t be gay!

None taken. I wouldn’t know what mones work on gay men, since that’s not my scene, I just felt it would be helpful at least to OTHER gay lurkers reading this thread to mention that Androtics already have a mix specifically designed for gay men.

However, I have never been propositioned when wearing 3 drops of A314, but 3 sprays of [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) and apparently I’m the queen of the ball(s)!! 🙂

Ah, you’ll never get propositioned by gay men with A314. That’s the beauty of it. With A314, you get to pick and choose who you talk to. Ammo is when I get propositioned by guys. It’s much a much more friendly and approachable mix. Funny about MX297. I can’t get that darn thing to work for me. My personality doesn’t jive with it.

The only thing I have issues with about [Mystery Boy](https://a314.com/product/mystery-boy/) is that it’s a product marketed for gay men, regardless of temperament. Sexuality among gay men is very complex and can’t be pigeon-holed (no pun intended!) into one type of sexual energy or style. I’m sexually attracted to a more concentrated type of energy typically associated with masculinity. Maybe that’s why MX297 doesn’t work for me. It’s energy is too diffuse and not grounded enough for my style.

That’s probably why I also haven’t yet tried Mystery Boy. The marketing for it seems geared towards the more stereotypical gay man, which I don’t fall into, nor do the men I’m attracted to. I’m just an ordinary, average guy who happens to like dick. If AD came out with a line that catered to the different preferences that gay men have, then I’d be on board. For now, I’m reluctant to even mention Mystery Boy to new gay men on the forum mostly because I hadn’t tried it myself and I think it’s superfluous given that the commercial line products work just fine for gay men.

I’m really interested in reading your reports about MX297, though. Hope you got some great mileage out of it. 🙂

Like hell you wont..!

I’ve been propositioned time and time again whilst wearing A314 - Mainly its the the sort of guys who go for older/fatherly/mature mature though but to them, its impression is clearly a pretty big turn-on.

Hahaha! Yeah, that’s the difference between cultures in the USA and EU. Lots of internalized homophobia among gays here. That’s slowly changing, but we’re no where near the level of comfort about sex and sexuality that Europeans seem to express. What’s sometimes a non-issue with Europeans would make Americans blush.

For the record, when I wear [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), I get more guys coming up and talking to me. Almost never when I wear A314. Could be that the combo of A314 and my Mohawk intimidates most guys, maybe waiting for my lead.

I am just curious about pheros. I am a gay guy myself, but after reading a few articles it seems to me that most gay guys in these studies are attracted to male pheros.
I was considering toying with Aqua Vitae as ive seen some good reviews from it, but i wanted a forum opinion as well. I know its geared towards male to female but apparently the reviews i have seen show that it works really well for the average straight guy.

Any advice would be great.

That was a product I found very difficult to get to grips with - Some folk swear by it and I don’t doubt them but you may want to start with something a little less challenging?

Also, IME P96 can make straight male sexual products much more attractive to both men and women.
