# First timer, 20 and in a relationship: which mones to spice it up and meet people?

Hey i did have a post in introduction but also gonna post here too

Im a 20 year old male

in a long term relationship

Looking to spice that up and increase social interaction as i am about to move to a new area

what the mones that are reccomended?

read the descriptions that andriotics uses for their mixes. then just take a chance with one or two choices. take into account your personality etc.  
if u wear a mix that promotes alot of talking and ur not that guy, it might backfire. also choose mixes for what you expect out of a situation. like work, party, date, etc.

New users should stat with the consumer line, I would recommend AMMO, IS, IH, and IO, test them to find your sweet spot and once you have a good handle on those go for IG, TUTH and possibly IJ and repeat the sweet spot testing. Now once you know how each one works with your body chemistry and what reactions the cause you can start mixing them (combined sprays on the body) to create phero signature that you can twik to suit a specific situation or a desired outcome. Later on go for Putatives and MX for fun experimentation. With pheros the sky is the limit if you are patience enough to lear how to use them.
