# First Timer - AMMO / Instant Shine / Instant Openess?

Hi guys, going to try out [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) for the first time and I’ve narrowed it down to 3 choices - Ammo , instant shine or instant openness. It’s my first time so I don’t want to mix, nor do I have the money to buy two. Which one would you guys recommend if I want something that will help me:

- seem more approachable/friendlier
- start more conversation with strangers
- involve a light touch of sexual chemistry
- have very little scent

By what you wrote, Ammo would be the one.

Why not post in the new users thread and follow the instructions to get a $25 gift certificate? I’d guess that you could get two, as the GC can cover a good portion.

Then I’d recommend [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to go with the Ammo. That is a good place to start. Do yourself a big favor and read the stickies, read the posts and use the search. There is a lot of information here and you can learn a lot and have fun using the pheros.

Read up on what pheromones can and can’t do. Proper expectations are a good starting point.
