Hi Ayanega - Welcome to Pherotalk. The answer to your question about mixing the pheros is that you don’t have to mix them - Each phero is a standalone mix that can be uset singly **or** together as the situation requires. Or that they can be used to steer or moderate the effects of another phero in a different way. I would suggest you hold-off TUTH for the moment, unless you are already in an active sexual relationship with someone as it is not really a social phero and at your age, it could easily backfire on you because you are liable to be producing a good amount of Androstenone yourself and girls around your age tend to be repelled by too much of it, you can end-up being seen as overly horny/agressive or creepy! The social pheros like [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), IO, IG and IG are often far better for attracting younger women (teens-mid 20s) or the more balanced sexual/attractant pheros like Ammo (in small doses) would be a far wiser choice. Have a read on them.
