Hey everybody, I just joined 2 days ago and I just made my first purchase! For the past couple of days I’v been reading over the stickies trying decide what would be best to start out with. I decided to start with a couple of the “to go” bottles. I purchased “[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)”, “Ammunition”, and “Turn up the Heat”. I’m really excited about getting started and… a little nervous too. Does anyone out there have any advice on what I should do the first day I get my products? Should I wear just one or I was thinking maybe a couple sprays of “Instant shine” with a spray or two of “ammunition” or “turn up the heat”. Is that doing too much? Thanks in advance for any help you guys may give… 🆒 ---

Welcome to the world of pheromones, Maybe the best (and most difficult) advise I can give you is to start out using one product at a time. That way you’ll get a better idea of how your own body’s chemistry works with each product and what the right amout to use is. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) should be easier to figure out since any potential OD is difficult. Turn Up The Heat on the other hand does have a point of OD so be careful with the amount you apply. I have just placed a order for Ammo myself so don’t have any first hand knowledge of it yet. However from what I’ve read more buffering and a lower -none content make ODing harder. Good luck 🆒 ---

Yeah I was reading that it is best to start out one at a time… I know its going to be hard ☹ . I keep looking at my email hoping to see “order shipped” I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. I am such a dork ☹ ---

I have yet to receive my order but when I do I plan on using them one at a time, in situations that I’m used to being in, to see if I get any new responses that I don’t normally get. I would say based on all of the info I have read that you should start slow and build the mix YOU like based on different responses you get. The “To Go” bottles are more cost effective for experimentation. I plan on using the “To Go” bottle of extra strength TUTH to kick things up on a sexual level when needed 😉 Good luck with you order.
