OK, this is the first androtics pheromones product I’m using. I’m 17 and go to high school. Here are the results for the first two days with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/): ==================================== **Week 1: Instant Shine, strength 1X, version 1.1, batch #211, bottled on 2/24/10, batched by #6** **Application dosage and locations** Day 1 – morning 7am 1 spray **Environment tested in.** School (classroom, corridor, lounge), bus **Scent** Smells like Febreeze orange. It smells OK, stronger that I thought when first applied. **Self effects** No noticeable effects, maybe slightly more serious **Effects to others** In the bus (morning): girl within one meter glanced at me (quickly). After getting off, a guy taking the same bus (I don’t know him) talked to me. Possibly because he is sociable, I have seen him talking with other people before. No effects on friends / people I know. Same guy greeted me twice (morning and afternoon). **Duration of effects.** Up to 7 hours **Range** 1m to 5m **Time exposure**. Immediate? * * * **Application dosage and locations** Day 2 – two sprays (morning) **Environment tested in.** School (classroom, corridor, lounge), bus **Scent** Enjoyed the scent more that yesterday. Still a bit strong right after I applied it. **Self effects** More confident (which is more placebo i think), but not in a happier mood (more serious) **Effects to others** No effect on bus. A friend talked to me for the entire break period. Girl I’ve known before greeted me. **Duration of effects.** Unknown **Range** Unknown **Time exposure**. Immediate? ========================================= I’m not sure if it’s working or not. Most hits can be for other reasons, they are not very obvious. And I don’t have any self-effects. From the above results, either 1 spray is better than 2 sprays, or the hits aren’t really hits. Tomorrow I’ll try 3 sprays. Btw when should I stop adding sprays? ---

Great report! It looks like you are going about things the right way. I’d suggest trying 3 sprays and then take a day or two off. It can give you a bit more perspective and help you to see if the hits you were seeing were really there. Everyone goes through that time where we wonder if what we are seeing is attributable to the pheros or not. That is where having a day or two off can really make a difference. Because all of us are so different, working with pheros is very much an art and not a science. But it sure is a fun hobby! ---

People seemed to speak to me normally, even when in proximity. **Duration of effects.** Unknown **Range** Unknown **Time exposure**. N/A * * * **Application dosage and locations** Day 4 – two sprays (noon) **Environment tested in.** Bus, subway, library, classroom, shopping mall **Scent** It’s still very uncomfortable right after I apply it. But it smells nice after a few hours **Self effects** Small headache right after applying. No effects from the [pheromones](https://a314.com/), only the fragrance. **Effects to others** Guy sitting in front of me in the bus turned back to glance quickly at me. In the metro (subway), two people looked at me while talking. No effects in shopping mall or classroom. **Duration of effects.** 2 hours or more **Range** Within 3 m. **Time exposure**. 3-5 minutes ====================================== I’m going to give it a rest for a day and then try again Tuesday. I doubt it’s working, because I’m not having any self effects others reported to have had, and effects on others were minimal. ☹ ---

Take a few days off and keep an eye your behavior as well as others. You might find that they were acting a bit differently when they were exposed to the pheros. One of the most important things you can do (especially when you are new to pheromones) is to try and ignore the fact that you are wearing something ‘different’ from the norm. Go about your day, be the best you that you can be and that is when the best phero reactions (hits) tend to occur. You are just being you and suddenly someone gives you a reaction that is definitely not normal. Be yourself, have fun and I’m pretty sure you’ll get the hang of it quickly. 🙂 Try and remember that it is a process. When I first started wearing pheros I was actually very self conscious about it and was watching like a hawk to see if people were reacting differently. All I did was frustrate myself. Once I relaxed and was just being myself while experimenting with different doses/products I found I was getting a lot more positive attention. Took me a while to get used to not being invisible but that is another post. 🆒
